Perodua Alza Mk2 (W150) Undercarriage Strengthening

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division, we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the rigidity of the chassis for the 2nd generation Perodua Alza (W150), for better handling and maneuvering.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front section of the Perodua Alza Mk2 front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is installed at the front ends of the overhanging on the Perodua Alza Mk2's undercarriage with the original bolts as shown below.

The lower front to mid chassis of the Perodua Alza Mk2 is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace & Side Chassis Braces as shown in the picture below. Each and everyone of them have their role and function respectively to bring the car a more controlled and better maneuvering under various road conditions and driving situations.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforces the where the front sub frame of the Perodua Alza Mk2 is mounted to the vehicle body, to maintain the front suspension in position for a more accurate steering, maneuvering and be able to maintain driving line during high speed cornering, for a safer drive.


The 4-point architecture of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace further strengthen in diagonal direction, then mounted to the front chassis with the long and robust original chassis bolts, it effectively minimize front chassis flex during cornering or high speed maneuvering.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>
While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforces and strengthen the front undercarriage, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to strengthen the middle section of the Perodua Alza Mk2, to minimize mid chassis flex for a even more agile maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to strengthen the centre section of the middle chassis of the Perodua Alza Mk2. The mounting points are carefully selected so it works effectively in holding the rigidity of the mid chassis.

<SIDE CHASSIS BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Side Chassis Braces (comes in pair) are designed to install at the two sides of the middle chassis, to strengthen and improve the chassis longitudinal rigidity.

While the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace mentioned above strengthens the centre section of the mid chassis, the SUPERCIRCUIT Side Chassis Braces strengthens the sides.

The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BAR reinforces the area where the rear trailing arms of the Perodua Alza Mk2 are mounted to the vehicle body as shown in the picture below.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Perodua Alza Mk2, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect for a more controlled and stabled cornering action!

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar are mounted at the bottom part of the rear spring seats, these brackets are made from thick steel material and laser cut then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!



The SUPERCIRCUIT Perodua Alza Mk2 rear anti-roll bar is made with solid 19mm spring steel material, it is robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar shown below is specially developed for the BMW E90 3-series (particularly the 325i/330i with N52/N53 straight-6 engine) is installed to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

Mitsubishi Mirage/ Attrage Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar featured below is designed for the Mitsubishi Mirage (A00) / Attrage (A10) to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle for the stability of the vehicle during cornering or an event of multiple maneuvering!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to mount transversely across the rear torsion beam type solid axle of the Mitsubishi Mirage/Attrage, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle.


Made with solid 19mm high performance spring steel material, the SUPERCIRCUIT rear anti-roll bar made for the Mitsubishi Mirage/ Attrage provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.


The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut, then machine v-bent to shape. The anti-roll bar is then bolted onto the brackets (not welded on) to prevent possible welding failure and to ensure structural robustness.

Toyota Harrier (XU80) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the 4th generation Toyota Harrier (XU80) featured below and significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

While the Rear Lower Bar - A strengthen the front part of the rear sub-frame, the Rear Lower Bar - B installed and strengthened the rear part of the sub-frame. Both the Rear Lower Bar A & B effectively reducing rear-end chassis flex and allow a more precised maneuvering in and out of corners.

While the above two SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bars strengthens the rear sub-frame of the Toyota Harrier (XU80), the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar strengthens the further rearwards of the sub-frame as shown in the pictures below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is designed to mount at the aft of the Toyota Harrier (XU80) rear sub-frame, to further strengthen the rear undercarriage for lesser chassis flex and a more controlled maneuvering around corners.
