Suzuki Jimny (JB74W) Chassis Strengthening Bars

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division, we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the rigidity and strengthen of the chassis for the 4th generation Suzuki Jimny (JB64W/ JB74W), for better handling and maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to installed at the engine bay of the Suzuki Jimny, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and strengthen this part of the chassis so it can take up heavier load and still be able to maintaining the ladder type frame chassis integrity for a more responsive steering and better maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the Suzuki Jimny's very front part of the undercarriage, as shown in the picture below, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Side Bars (in PAIR) are designed to reinforce the areas where the front radius arms are mounted to the Suzuki Jimny's front ladder type chassis, as shown in the picture below.

Ford Raptor 3.0 V6 Front Engine Brace

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening bars division, we have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace to the 2022~ Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 (code P703/RA) shown below.

The 4-point mount SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis, ensuring better front upper chassis strength for a more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering!

Chery Omoda 5 Chassis Strengthening Bars

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the Chery Omoda 5 featured below and significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the area where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the Chery Omoda 5's chassis, allowing the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to minimize Chery Omoda 5 body roll during cornering, to maintain level for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to install across the rear torsion beam of the Chery Omoda 5 as shown in the pictures below.


The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are laser cut from thick steel materials then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust.

Perodua Alza Mk2 (W150) Undercarriage Strengthening

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front section of the Perodua Alza Mk2 front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is installed at the front ends of the overhanging on the Perodua Alza Mk2's undercarriage with the original bolts as shown below.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Perodua Alza Mk2, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect for a more controlled and stabled cornering action!

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar are mounted at the bottom part of the rear spring seats, these brackets are made from thick steel material and laser cut then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!
