Toyota Alphard 2.5 (ANH30) Chassis Strengthening Project

At the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department, we have developed a comprehensive solutions to strengthen the chassis of the 3rd generation Toyota Alphard 2.5 (ANH30) for better handling and improved maneuvering of such huge size of the premium MPV, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE, REAR LOWER BAR, REAR LOWER BRACE and REAR UNDER BAR. 

Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars has its function and role respectively, to cater for different situations and needs, or installed all for optimum chassis strength and stiffness!


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Toyota Alphard 2.5 (ANH30) improves handling of this premium MPV, making this big MPV more agile, responsive and accurate steering around the corners with confident and safety.




Mounted on top of the front suspension system, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar ensures a stronger front upper chassis and less chassis flex under heavy load feedback from the road surface, hence a better road holding and responsive maneuverability.







SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar designed and manufactured with great engineering inputs, it is not only to improve handling and maneuvering of the 3rd gen Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire AH30/ANH30, it is also stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the premium MPV too!.


<FRONT UNDER BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the whole front over-hanging and all the way to the front lower sub-frame, to minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place for a more controlled and accurate steering direction.


The below Front Under Brace is best matched with the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR for optimum steering control and accurate maneuvering.






The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Brace covers the front part of the rear sub-frame while the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar strengthen the rear part of the rear axle (as illustrated in the pictures below). So the rear lower chassis of the Toyota Alphard (ANH30) is fully strengthened and reinforced for lesser rear chassis flex, a better controlled and lesser body roll during cornering.



<REAR LOWER BAR & REAR LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT 4-point Rear Lower Brace and the 2-point Rear Lower Bar are finished in heavy duty industrial grade MATTE BLACK coating for a professional and original appearance and durability at the undercarriage of the Toyota Alphard (ANH30). 






<REAR UNDER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is mounted further rearward of the rear axle as shown in the picture below, to strengthen the rear part of the suspension system of the Toyota Alphard (ANH30).

Honda CR-Z (ZF1) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed a comprehensive set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the handling and enhance the maneuvering of the 2010-2016 Honda CR-Z (ZF1), namely FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR STRUT BAR, REAR LOWER BRACE & REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR.


Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars has its function and role respectively, to cater for different situations and needs, or installed all for optimum chassis strength and stiffness!


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Honda CR-Z strengthen the front upper chassis to maintain the front upper chassis in shape for a more accurate steering and turning direction.





<FRONT UNDER BAR & FRONT LOWER BRACE>
Both the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BAR and FRONT LOWER BRACE is designed to reinforce the front lower chassis and strengthen the front lower sub-frame, to minimize chassis flex and provide a more stable foundation for the suspension system. All these factors improve the steering and maneuvering of the vehicle!  



The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BAR is mounted at the front overhanging of the Honda CR-Z's chassis, at the lower front of the engine, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, uneven surfaces etc.



The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE is developed to strengthen the area where the Honda CR-Z front sub-frame is mounted to the chassis, to minimize it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning, accurate maneuvering and a better road feedback.



<REAR STRUT BAR>
The REAR STRUT BAR (also called the Rear Compartment Bar) is designed to strengthen the rear upper chassis. Just functioned like the Front Strut Bar but it is installed on the areas where the rear suspension struts are mounted to the vehicle body, at the rear compartment of the Honda CR-Z.





<REAR LOWER BRACE & REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
Strengthening the rear lower chassis for a better controlled in corners and faster recovery after exiting corner, therefore we come out with the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BRACE and REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR for the Honda CR-Z as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the areas where the rear trailing arms of the solid axle are mounted to the vehicle chassis. To allow the rear suspension to do its job efficiently and effectively, hence a more controlled and predictable rear chassis while cornering.



<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar developed for the Honda CR-Z to improve the rear suspension recovery rate and at the same time minimize vehicle body roll during cornering. It is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


Made of genuine spring steel, the recovery rate of the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is excellent and brings the car back to level in lesser time after exiting high speed corners or during obstacle avoidance maneuvering.


Just like all the other SUPERCIRCUIT products, the above chassis strengthening products are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity of strengthening the chassis for a safer and dynamic driving. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is scratch resistance and durable.

Toyota Vellfire 2.5 (ANH30) Handling Improvement

To improve the handling and enhance the maneuvering of the latest Toyota Vellfire 2.5L (ANH30), SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a very comprehensive chassis strengthening products, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE, REAR LOWER BAR, REAR LOWER BRACE and REAR UNDER BAR.

All the bars and braces come with its own function and purpose. Install according to one's need and requirement. 

Featured below, the Toyota Vellfire 2.5L (ANH30) with the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR installed for precised and responsive steering and REAR LOWER BRACE & REAR UNDER BAR installed for stable and controlled cornering.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The Front Strut Bar mounted at the areas where the top of the Toyota Alpahrd/ Vellfire ANH30 front suspensions sit, to allow the front chassis to be able to withstand higher load from the front suspension system without flexing the chassis too much, hence to maintain a more accurate driving line, precised steering direction and safer maneuvering!

2015-present Toyota Vellfire ANH30 front strut bar/ front tower bar/ front strut tower bar.

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar/ Front Tower Bar made for the 2015 Toyota Vellfire 2.5 (ANH30).


The windscreen wiper and plastic trims are installed back in place after the FRONT STRUT BAR is installed.

<REAR LOWER BRACE & REAR UNDER BAR>
For the rear section of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) chassis, we installed the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BRACE (4-point) at the front part of the rear sub-frame and the REAR UNDER BAR at the rear of the sub-frame as shown in the pictures below.
