Mercedes-AMG C43 Chassis Strengthening

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengtheing Bars & Braces are one of the preferred choice by premium and high performance car's owners.

The Mercedes-AMG C43 (W205; 2017-2022) is at our installation bays for the chassis strengthening solutions and we have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bars, Front Lower Bars, Front Lower Brace and Rear Lower Bar to this performance machine to further improve the handling and maneuvering of the chassis!

The Mercedes-AMG C43's twin-turbo 3.0 litre V6 producing 362 hp (270 kW) and 384 lb⋅ft (521 N⋅m) of torque needs a stronger and firmer front chassis, therefore the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bars are installed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bars [in pair] is designed to strengthen the area where the Mercedes-AMG C43's lower links of the front suspension are mounted to the sub-frame, to further reinforcing the sub-frame and holding the front wheels alignment in place.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to mount and strengthen the Mercedes-AMG C43's front lower sub-frame of the vehicle for lesser front chassis flex and holding the front wheels alignment in place for a more accurate steering and turning direction.


Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bars & Front Lower Brace comes with its role and function, but with one aim - strengthen the front lower chassis for better handling and maneuvering!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar made for the Mercedes-AMG C43 in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply orignal and professional at the undercarriage!


While the front chassis is strengthened and reinforced for sharper steering and improved maneuveirng. The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is installed to strengthen the rear sub-frame of the Mercedes-AMG C43 (W205), to allow the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.

Perodua Ativa Chassis Strenghtening Solutions

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed a very comprehensive chassis strengthening products for the Perodua Ativa, to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle to cater for various kind of driving situations and road conditions. <FRONT STRUT BAR/ FRONT ENGINE BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR/ FRONT ENGINE BRACE is designed and developed to reinforce the front upper chassis of the Perodua Ativa, to minimize front upper chassis flex for a more accurate steering and precise maneuvering


The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR/ FRONT ENGINE BRACE 4-POINT design ensures extra reinforcement at the critical areas, to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.


POINT 1: Upper left side of the reinforcement point strengthens the front top left suspension mount.


POINT 2: Upper right side of the reinforcement point strengthens the front top right suspension mount.


POINT 3: Lower right side of the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR/ FRONT ENGINE BRACE strengthens the front right overhang of the Perodua Ativa's chassis.


POINT 4: Lower left side of the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR/ FRONT ENGINE BRACE strengthens the front left overhang of the Perodua Ativa's chassis.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount at the forward part of the front sub-frame, under the engine to be exact, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.


Mounted across the front part of the sub-frame, the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BAR strengthens the front lower chassis for lesser flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE, seen at the lower part of the picture here, further strengthens the rear part of the sub-frame.


The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BAR is designed to install with the original bolts on the Perodua Ativa's front sub-frame.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar strengthens the side walls where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the main chassis, as shown in the pictures below. It helps in maintaining the rear lower chassis for lesser chassis flex, hence a more stabled cornering and maneuvering.

Perodua Bezza Front Strut Bar + Rear Anti-roll Bar

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
While strengthen the front chassis for sharper and a more responsive steering response. Reinforcing the rear for better cornering performance. For the Perodua BEZZA, the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is supply and installed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

The two brackets at both sides are mounted to the bottom part of the rear springs sits as shown in the picture below, then the anti-roll bar are bolted onto the brackets just like the OEM. Such design has stronger structural integrity and ease of upgrade or maintenance.
