The chassis of the 2019 face-lifted Toyota Vios (NCP151) is strengthened and reinforced with the Bars & Braces made by SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department.
Each and every one is created with a purpose but with one aim - to enhance handling and improve maneuvering.
To improve steering accuracy and agility, the front suspensions and front wheels alignment has to maintain in position, therefore the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar and Front Lower Brace is developed for this purpose.
<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is installed across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted onto the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP151 for less front chassis flex.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is not only stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP151), it also helps to strengthen the front chassis and maintaining the front wheels alignment for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.
It is designed to mounted onto the chassis where the upper front suspensions sit and secured from the bottom (as shown in the pictures below), to maintain the rigidity and strengthen the front upper chassis and holding the front suspensions in position at the same time.
<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
While the Front Strut Bar strengthen the front upper chassis, the Front Lower Brace holds the 2019 facelifted Toyota Vios NCP151 front lower chassis, to further strengthen the chassis rigidity.
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace further strengthens the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are mounted to the front lower sub-frame from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.
<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the 2019 facelifted Toyota Vios NCP151 to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.
