The engineers at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department have developed a complete set of chassis strengthening bars and braces, to enhance the chassis and to improve handling of the 2nd gen. Toyota Rush (F800/F850) / 3rd gen.Daihatsu Terios / Perodua Aruz .
The complete chassis improvement and strengthening solutions from SUPERCIRCUIT consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Brace, Front Lower Bar, Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Bar. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively.
<Front Strut Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Rush, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place.
It is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted onto, to strengthen the upper chassis of the Toyota Rush for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar finished in our signature heavy duty industrial grade coating is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the Toyota Rush, for a very professional and original appearance.
Engineered and manufactured with great details, the brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and shaped with v-bending technique for structural integrity.
Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply stylish and possibly one of the best looking chassis bars made for the Toyota Rush around.
While the upper chassis is strengthen by the front strut bar above, a very comprehensive range of bars and braces are designed to hold the undercarriage (as shown in the picture below) of the Toyota Rush.
<STRENGTHENING THE FRONT LOWER CHASSIS>
For sharper steering and accurate maneuvering of the Toyota Rush, holding the front wheels' alignment in place is utmost importance; therefore we developed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace and the Front Lower Bar (as shown in the pictures below) to match with the above Front Strut Bar for a stronger and less flexing front upper and lower chassis.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount at the over hang of the Toyota Rush's chassis, under the engine to be exact, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar is located at the rear section of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Toyota Rush's chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in position for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering!
<STRENGTHENING THE MID & REAR LOWER CHASSIS>
The middle to rear undercarriage is strengthened and reinforced with the Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Bar (shown in the picture below), to meet different road conditions and driving situations.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace shown below is developed to strengthen the middle part of the Toyota Rush's chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling while negotiating sharp corners.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the area where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the Toyota Rush's chassis, allowing the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.
All the above undercarriage bars and braces are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in our signature industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only heavy duty and durable, they are also stylish and looks original at the undercarriage of the 2nd generation Toyota Rush (F800/ F850) too!
