Nissan Navara NP300 Chassis Strengthening Bars

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed a set of chassis strengthening product to enhance the 'ladder frame chassis type' of the Nissan Navara NP300.

Let's start from the front of the Nissan Navara NP300 chassis. Firstly, 3-point the Front Under Brace to strengthen the front section of the vehicle for a more precised turning and steering direction.

Secondly, the 4-point Front Lower Brace withhold the front lower section of the 'ladder frame' chassis to minimize mid chassis flex and also to hold the lower part of the front suspensions in place for better front wheels alignment and accurate steering.

Then, the SUPERCIRCIUT 4-point Mid Chassis Brace that strengthen the middle to rear part of the chassis, for a stronger middle chassis and less chassis flex under cornering or while travelling on uneven surfaces.

So, now we have strengthened the front, middle and rear part of the chassis. Due to the far overhanging of the rear bed, we further strengthen it with the below SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar for optimum chassis strength and minimum chassis flex, for a more stabled and controlled cornering.

Toyota Alphard (ANH20) Front Strut Bar

Another Toyota Alphard ANH20 (2009-2015) installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar for better maneuvering and sharper steering response.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the upper front chassis of the 2nd generation Toyota Alphard (ANH20) where the upper part of the front suspension is mounted to the car body.

These areas are critical because they are subjected to forces i.e. bounce and rebound, from the uneven road surfaces or uneven load of both the front wheels during cornering. A stronger front upper chassis ensures the two front wheels are in position and align, especially when both the front wheels are subjected to different loads e.g. cornering, uneven surfaces, braking during cornering etc., this will cause the car to steer in desired direction and maintain road holding capability.
