Proton X70 Complete Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have just installed yet another complete set of SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces to the Proton X70.


These complete set of chassis strengthening bars and braces developed by our in-house engineers is to enhance the chassis strength and to improve handling of the Proton X70, they are the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Brace, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively.

<Front Strut Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Proton X70, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place.


It is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted to. To strengthen the upper chassis of the Proton X70 for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.






Engineered and manufactured with great details, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is specially designed to be fully compatible with the Proton X70 engine covers, no cut or drill is required during the installation.




Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply stylish and elegant. It gives a very original and professional appearance at the Proton X70 engine bay and possibly one of the best looking accessories for the Proton X70.


<Front Under Brace & Front Lower Brace>
For sharper steering and accurate maneuvering of the Proton X70, strengthening the front chassis is the utmost mission for us; therefore we developed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace and the Front Lower Brace to match with the Front Strut Bar for a stronger and less flexing front chassis.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount at the over hang of the Proton X70 chassis, under the engine to be exact, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.


The 4-point brace is structural stronger and is able to hold the very front part of the chassis better for lesser chassis flex, it is also fully compatible with the Proton X70 front under guard cover as shown in the picture below. No mod or cut is required for a very neat and clean Proton X70 undercarriage.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace shown in the picture below is located at the rear of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Proton X70 chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!




<Rear Lower Bar & Rear Under Bar>
The rear end of the Proton X70's chassis is to be strengthened for a more stabilized and controlled cornering, therefore the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar comes into the picture.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the rear suspension sub-frame of the Proton X70, allowing the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.




Just like the Rear Lower Bar above, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is also designed to strengthen the rear lower suspension sub-frame of the Proton X70 but since it is located further rearward, we called it the 'rear under bar'.

Both the Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower chassis of the Proton X70 to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering when the rear end tends to swing out due to inertia forces.



All the above undercarriage bars and braces are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only scratch resistance and durable, they are also stylish and looks original at the undercarriage of the Proton X70

Honda Civic FC Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have the chassis strengthening bars developed for the 10th generation Honda Civic (FC), to strengthen the chassis and to improve the handling as well as to enhance the maneuvering of the vehicle! They are the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace and Rear Lower Bar.


Each of the bars and braces shown below come with its own function and purpose respectively. For example, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the areas where the front suspension is mounted to the Honda Civic FC chassis, so the chassis can take up heavier load and still be able to maintaining the chassis integrity.
 


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the Honda Civic FC, just like the original!


While the upper part of the Honda Civic FC front suspensions and chassis is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar above, the lower part is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace shown in the pictures below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace strengthen the front lower sub-frame and front lower suspension links for lesser chassis flex, hence a more accurate front wheels alignment.



The 3-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace made for the Honda Civic FC in our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating.


While the front chassis is strengthened for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering. Strengthen the rear chassis is crucial during cornering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower part of the Honda Civic FC chassis, to prevent the rear lower chassis of the vehicle from over flexing during high speed cornering or sudden maneuvering, hence a more controlled and safer driving.

Perodua Gen3 Myvi Front Strut Bar & Front Lower Brace

SUPERCIRCUIT Handling Improvement Package for the 3rd generation Perodua Myvi consists of the FRONT STRUT BAR & FRONT LOWER BRACE, which will significantly improve the accuracy of the steering and enhance the maneuverability of the vehicle.

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar and Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front upper and lower chassis respectively, for lesser front chassis flex and to hold the front wheels alignment better under all kind of driving and road conditions.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the areas where the front suspension is mounted to the Gen3 Perodua Myvi chassis, so the chassis can take up heavier load and still be able to maintaining the monocoque chassis integrity.

Mazda2 (DJ) Complete Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 4th generation Mazda2 (DJ; 2014~), which consists of the Front Strut BarFront Lower BraceMid Chassis BarRear Lower Brace and Rear Under Bar.

Each of the bars and braces shown below come with its own function and purpose respectively, but with one aim - to improve steering and enhance maneuvering of the vehicle!



<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Mazda2 (DJ) for a more precised turning and maneuvering.







<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Mazda2 (DJ), to prevent it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.








<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle chassis of the Mazda2 (DJ) to minimize movement or flex of the mid chassis and cut off the 'rear-end fishtailing effect' to the front of the chassis, hence a more stabled maneuvering under certain driving conditions.





<REAR LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Mazda2 (DJ) to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.







<REAR UNDER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar strengthen the rear-end chassis of the Mazda2 (DJ), to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering.
