Honda City (GN) Hatchback chassis strengthening

The Honda City (GN) hatchback featured at our installation bays below is launched in 2020; after 26 years when the similar hatchback body style was last introduced back in 1994. Our development team here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division has installed the Front Strut Bar, Mid Chassis Bar, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Anti-roll Bar to it, to furhter improve the handling and maneuvering.


<FRONT ENGINE BRACE>
Firstly, the front upper chassis of the Honda City (GN) Hatchback is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar which comes with 4-mounting points, that's why we prefer to call it a 'brace' instead of 'bar'. It strengthens the front upper chassis of the Honda City (GN) hatchback for lesser chassis flex, ensuring better front upper chassis strength for a more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering!


The 4-mounting points design of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar ensures both diagonal and lateral strength of the Honda City (GN) hatchback's front upper chassis.


POINT 1: Upper left side of the reinforcement point strengthens the front top left suspension mount.


POINT 2: Upper right side of the reinforcement point strengthens the front top right suspension mount. The bolts & nuts will be provided.


POINT 3 & 4: The 3rd and 4th mounting points are at the lower right side of the Honda City (GN) Hatchback's front end as shown in the pictures below, utilizing the existing bolts on the vehicle.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is designed to further strengthen the front part of the original mid chassis brace which is installed as standard equipment by the manufacture.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar holds the middle section of the Honda City (GN) Hatchback's chassis is place and further improve the agility of the chassis during obstacle avoidance or sudden maneuvering!


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is just like an original equipment on the Honda City (GN) Hatchback's undercarriage.


<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar designed to reinforce the area where the rear lower trailing arms are mounted to the Honda City (GN) Hatchback's chassis as shown in the pictures, allowing the chassis to take up more load from the rear suspensions during cornering yet still maintaining the geometry, hence lesser rear chassis flex for a more stabled and confidence cornering.



Extra bolts & nuts are provided for the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply original and professional at the undercarriage of the Honda City (GN) Hatchback.


<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
UPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is specially developed for the 3rd generation Honda City (GN), to improve cornering and maneuvering performance!

The 19mm SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to mount transversely across the rear solid axle as shown in the picture, so during cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Honda City (GN) rear anti-roll bar are made up of 3 components, with 2 brackets at the sides and the anti-roll bar is bolted in the middle.

The brackets which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut to shape, for structural integrity and robustness!



SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar, made for the Honda City (GN) Hatchback/ Sedan version, is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply original, stylish and professional at the undercarriage!

Perodua Myvi Gen1 1.0/ 1.3 Front Strut Bar (Ver. 2.0)

This is the improved version (version 2.0) of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the 1st & 2nd generation Perodua Myvi (Myvi Gen1 / Gen2) over the previous version.

Ver. 2.0 Front Strut Bar made for Perodua Myvi 1.0/ 1.3

Our designer and engineering team redesigned the front strut bar for the Gen1/ Gen2 Perodua Myvi 1.0L/ 1.3L engine so that it has lower profile to clear the bonnet clearance as well as a more accurate brackets at both sides for ease of installation.

The wipers and plastic covers at the lower front windscreen have to be removed in order to access to the front suspension top mounts of the Gen1/ Gen2 Perodua Myvi 1.0L/ 1.3L as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to install at the top front suspension upper mounts as shown in the pictures below, across the 1.0L/1.3L engine bay of the Myvi Gen1/ Gen2, to strengthen the front upper chassis of the vehicle for lesser chassis flex, hence a more accurate steering and maneuvering.

All the plastic covers and windscreen wipers were installed back in position, no cut or mod is required during the installation process.

Mini Cooper S (F56) JCW Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces to the Mini Cooper S (F56) JCW shown below, to improve the handling and maneuvering of this 3-door hot hatch!


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar connects the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted. Further more, it is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating for a very original and professional appearance at the engine bay of your Mini Cooper S F56.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply stylish and professional at the engine bay of the Mini Cooper S F55/F56.


Pictured below, the undercarriage of the Mini Cooper S (F56) with the FRONT UNDER BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE, MID CHASSIS BAR and REAR LOWER BAR installed.


<FRONT UNDER BAR>
SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar strengthen the front over hang of the Mini Cooper S (F56), to minimize front chassis flex when the two front wheels are not leveling e.g. during cornering or uneven surface, which causes the front wheels misaligned hence inaccurate steering direction.


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade MATTE BLACK coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar simply looks premium and professional at the undercarriage of the Mini Cooper S F55/F56.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace shown in the picture below is located at the rear of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Mini Cooper S (F56)'s chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!

<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle part of the vehicle chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling while negotiating sharp corners.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar replaces the original one for better torsional rigidity.



<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the rear lower lateral arm inner mounts of the Mini Cooper S F56.

It holds the rear lower chassis in place and minimize flex due to the movement from the rear lower lateral arms, hence effectively minimizing twisting/ flexing and 'over steering' effect during high speed cornering.
