Toyota Voxy (R80) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have strengthened yet another Toyota Voxy's chassis (R80; 2014~) with the premium SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces, to improve and enhance the handling and maneuvering of this mid size MPV.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Voxy (R80), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

To install the SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar to the vehicle, the wipers and the plastic covers at the windscreen has to be removed first.

All the plastic trims and front windscreen wipers are back in position after the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is installed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Toyota Voxy (R80) is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, which is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay!

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar (above) and Front Lower Brace (shown below) strengthen the front portion of the Toyota Voxy (R80) chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

The 3-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is mounted at the rear of the front sub-frame and reinforced the front lower part of the front undercarriage of the Toyota Voxy (R80) as shown in the picture below, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!

<REAR LOWER BAR>

Strengthen the rear part of the vehicle chassis will significantly improve the cornering performance of the Toyota Voxy (R80), hence the below SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar (shown in the picture below) and Rear Under Brace (further below) is installed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to mount across the rear lower chassis of the Toyota Voxy (R80) as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen and minimize rear chassis flex for a more controlled cornering.

<REAR UNDER BAR>

Further to the rear, the 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is installed, so both the fore and aft of the sub-frame are reinforced and strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Brace respectively.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar & Rear Lower Bar is designed to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering when the rear end tends to swing out due to inertia forces.

Toyota Veloz Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar featured below is designed and developed to minimize vechicle body roll of the Toyota Veloz, to impove the stability during corneing and enhance the maneuvering performance of the vehicle.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted as an add-on to the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Toyota Veloz, as shown in the picture below, to further improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle.

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!
