Chery Omoda 5 Chassis Strengthening Bars

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the Chery Omoda 5 featured below and significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar shown in the pictures below is created to minimize the front over-hanging of the Chery Omoda 5 from flexing too much, hence a more accurate steering and maneuvering. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to install atthe forward part of the front sub-frame of the Chery Omoda 5 as shown in the pictures below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame of the Chery Omoda 5 and holds the front wheels' alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering.

Often installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to obtain optimum front chassis strength and minimize front chassis flex.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the area where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the Chery Omoda 5's chassis, allowing the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis.

The brackets are designed to install and to reinfoce to the areas where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the vehicle chassis as shown in the pictures below, hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.

<REAR UNDER BAR>

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar strengthens the front section of the Chery Omoda 5 rear axle, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is designed to mount further rearward at the undercarriage as shown in the pictures below, to further strengthen the rear undercarriage for lesser chassis flex and a more controlled maneuvering around corners.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>

The Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to minimize Chery Omoda 5 body roll during cornering, to maintain level for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to install across the rear torsion beam of the Chery Omoda 5 as shown in the pictures below.

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are laser cut from thick steel materials then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust.

SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar developed for the Chery Omoda 5 is made with 19mm 'spring steel material' for excellent in maintaining vehicle chassis leveling while cornering and improve chassis recovery time after a sudden maneuvering or obstacle avoidance.
