Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division, we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the rigidity and strengthen of the chassis for the GWM Haval H6 (2021~), to improve the strength of the chassis for better handling and maneuvering.
<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to installed at the engine bay of the Haval H6, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and strengthen the front upper part of the chassis so it can take up heavier load and still be able to maintain the integrity of the monocoque type chassis for lesser chassis flex, hence a more responsive steering and better maneuvering.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar improves and strengthens the front upper chassis of the Haval H6 for a more agile, responsive and better road surface feedback.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Haval H6 is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating for a great and professional appearance the engine bay too!
While the upper chassis of the Haval H6 is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar shown above, the undercarriage is reinforced and strengthened with the below SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening bars. Each of them is created with its own function and purpose, to meet various kind of road conditions and situations.
<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar shown in the pictures below is created to minimize the front over-hanging of the Haval H6 from front over flexing, hence a more accurate steering and responsive maneuvering.
<FRONT LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame of the Haval H6 for lesser front lower chassis flex and to hold the front wheels' alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering.
Often installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to obtain optimum front chassis strength and minimize front chassis flex.
<MID CHASSIS BAR>
As the name suggests, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is to reinforce the middle section of the Haval H6 chassis. This Mid Chassis Bar comes into action especially when the vehicle is negotiating multiple corners at the same time e.g. Moose Test; it connects the rear chassis to the front so the rear chassis can response faster and minimize vehicle body swerve effect better.
<REAR LOWER BAR-A & REAR LOWER BAR-B>
We have created two rear lower chassis strengthening bars for the Haval H6. The Rear Lower Bar-A is designed to mount at the front part of the rear sub-frame where the Rear Lower Bar-B is installed at the rear part of the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below.
The Rear Lower Bar-A is designed to strengthen the front part of the rear sub-frame.
The Rear Lower Bar-B is designed to install at the rear section of the rear sub-frame as shown in the picture below.
Both the Rear Lower Bar - A & Rear Lower Bar - B strengthens the rear lower chassis of the Haval H6 for lesser rear chassis flex, hence lesser 'fish-tailing' effect especially exiting sharp or high speed corners.
<REAR UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is designed to mount further rearward at the undercarriage as shown in the pictures below, to further strengthen the rear undercarriage for lesser chassis flex and a more controlled maneuvering around corners.
