Proton X70 Complete Chassis Strengthening Solutions

Yet another Proton X70 owner has chosen to install the complete chassis strengthening products from SUPERCIRCUIT, for better handling and improved maneuvering.

The Proton X70 complete chassis improvement and strengthening solutions from SUPERCIRCUIT consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Brace, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Proton X70, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place.

It is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted to. To strengthen the upper chassis of the Proton X70 for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

<FRONT UNDER BRACE & FRONT LOWER BRACE>

Strengthening the front upper and lower chassis to maintain front vehicle chassis for lesser chassis flex and to maintain front wheels alignment, therefore we developed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace and the Front Lower Brace to match with the Front Strut Bar for a stronger and less flexing front chassis.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount at the over hang of the Proton X70 chassis, under the engine to be exact, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is located at the rear of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Proton X70 chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!

<REAR  LOWER BAR & REAR UNDER BAR>

While the front chassis is strengthened with the bar and braces mentioned above for sharper steering and accurate turning; the rear lower chassis is crucial for stable cornering and controlled maneuvering. Therefore, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar comes into the picture.

Firstly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to mount and reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame, while the Rear Under Bar reinforce the rear part of the rear sub-frame of the Proton X70 respectively.

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower chassis of the Proton X70, to stabilize the rear lower chassis to further to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering when the rear end tends to swing out due to inertia forces.

Honda Jazz/ Fit GE Chassis Strengthening Project

Below are the SUPERCIRCUIT Bars and Braces that will improve the handling and enhance the maneuvering of the 2nd generation Honda Fit/ Jazz GE, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR STRUT BAR and REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR.

<FRONT UNDER BAR & FRONT LOWER BRACE>

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar developed for the Honda Jazz/ Fit GE, to strengthen the rear solid axle so that it is prone to resist vehicle body roll during cornering. It is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!
