Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) Front Strut Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the 2004-2010 2nd gen. Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) front upper chassis and helps in minimizing front upper chassis flex, for a more agile, responsive handling and accurate steering around the corners.



It is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted onto, to strengthen the upper chassis of the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S) for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar not only looks professional and original at the engine bay of the Suzuki Swift 1.5 (ZC21S), it is also manufactured with great engineering inputs e.g. the brackets are laser cut and machine bent to shape to ensure a more precised fitment and better structural integrity.

After installing the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to the 3rd generation Toyota Harrier XU60 (NA ENGINE) earlier, here is the Toyota Harrier 2.0 TURBO version with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar installed.

Honda Freed GB3 GB4 Chassis Strengthening Solutions

Below are the SUPERCIRCUIT Bars and Braces that will improve the handling and enhance the maneuvering of the 1st generation Honda Freed GB3 GB4, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE and REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR.


Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars and Braces has its function and role respectively, to cater for different situations and needs, or installed all for optimum chassis strength and stiffness!

<FRONT STRUT BAR>






<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The front lower chassis is strengthen for the purpose of maintaining the front chassis for lesser flex and hold the front wheels for better alignment. Both are for accurate turning and precise steering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front part of the Honda Freed GB3/GB4 front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.





<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace developed for the Honda Freed GB3/ GB4 is mounted at the rear side of the front sub-frame. Together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar, the front sub-frame is reinforced and strengthen in every direction for a more rigid and strong front lower chassis.





<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar developed for the Honda Freed GB3/GB4, to strengthen the rear solid axle so that it is prone to resist vehicle body roll during cornering. It is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!





Designed and manufactured with great engineering input, the Honda Freed GB3/ GB4 Rear Anti-roll Bar comes with real spring effect, which will help to bring the car back to level quicker after exiting corners.

Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) Full Chassis Strengthening

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 3rd generation Toyota Yaris (XP150) which is equipped with the new 1NZ-FE VVT-i engine (2013~), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace (4-point), Mid Chassis BraceRear Lower Bar and Rear Anti-roll Bar.

Each of the bars and braces shown below come with its own function and purpose respectively, but with one aim - to improve steering and enhance maneuvering of the vehicle!

<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback XP150 for a more precised turning and maneuvering.




The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar finished in our signature MATTE BLACK coating is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay!



The undercarriage chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) is strengthened and reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT bars and braces shown in the picture below.


<FRONT UNDER BAR & FRONT LOWER BRACE>
Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar and 4-point Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback XP150. It further strengthen the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are mounted to the front lower sub-frame, preventing it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precise turning and responsive maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar strengthen the front part of the sub-frame of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150), to allow the sub-frame to withstand more load from the front lower wishbone without flexing too much and maintaining front wheels alignment better.



While the above Front Under Bar strengthens the front part of the front sub-frame, the 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the rear part of the sub-frame, to further strengthen the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are mounted to the front lower sub-frame, preventing it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and responsive maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.




<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback XP150 to minimize movement or flex of the mid chassis and cut off the 'rear-end fishtailing effect' to the front of the chassis, hence a more stabled maneuvering under certain driving conditions.





<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback XP150 to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.





All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is scratch resistance and durable.
