Toyota Vios NCP93 Chassis Strengthening Soluotions

We have yet supplied another set of SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces to the below 2nd generation Toyota Vios (NCP93; 2007-2013), for accurate and responsive steering, followed with accurate maneuvering. Namely the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Bar, Rear Strut Bar and Rear Lower Bar.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted to. To strengthen the upper chassis of the 2nd gen. Toyota Vios NCP93 for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

Simply stylish & Elegant at the engine bay! The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating blends in well at the engine bay of the Toyota Vios NCP93, just like an original component!

<REAR STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Strut Bar is designed to mount on the rear upper chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93 as shown in the pictures below, across the upper crossmember of the rear boot as shown in the picture here, to minimize the rear upper chassis flex for a more controlled rear-end.

Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Strut Bar is simply looks original inside the rear boot of the Toyota Vios NCP93.

While the upper chassis of the Toyota Vios is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar and Rear Strut Bar above, the undercarriage will be reinforced with the Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Bar and Rear Lower Bar shown in the picture below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

While the above Front Strut Bar strengthen the upper part of the Toyota Vios NCP93 front chassis, the 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower chassis and hold the front wheels alignment in position, hence a more accurate and accurate steering direction.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>

As the name suggests, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is to reinforce the middle section of the Toyota Vios's chassis, to reduce mid chassis flex and to maintain better driving line when negotiating corners.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93, to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.

Toyota Estima 2.4 ACR30 Chassis Strengthening & Handling Enhancement Solutions

Toyota Estima ACR50 Under Chassis Strengthening Solutions

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department has developed a full set of chassis strengthening bars and braces for the 3rd gen. Toyota Estima 2.4/ 3.5 ACR50 (2006-2019), namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE, FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR LOWER SIDE BARS and REAR LOWER BAR to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle under different road conditions and driving situations.

Each chassis bars and braces has its function and strength respectively. Featured below is the Toyota Estima 2.4 ACR50 2WD with full SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars and braces installed to the undercarriage (except the Front Strut Bar).

For the front part of the Toyota Estima ACR50 chassis, it is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BRACE and FRONT LOWER BRACE, to minimize front chassis flex, for a more responsive and precised steering.

They are located at the front undercarriage of the Toyota Estima ACR50 as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT UNDER BRACE>

The 4-point Front Under Brace is created to strengthen the front lower chassis where the engine sits, to minimize chassis flex due to weight transfer during sharp cornering or sudden maneuvering. 

Less chassis flex brings sharper steering response and accurate steering direction.

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace in our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating is simply stylish and looks original at the undercarriage of the Toyota Estima 2.4 ACR50.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE is designed to mount at the front lower sub-frame of the Toyota Estima ACR50, to strengthen the front lower suspension mounts and to maintain the front wheels alignment for accurate steering and sharper maneuvering.

Finished in heavy duty MATTE BLACK industrial grade coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is simply stylish and performed excellently in improving steering response and accuracy. It also looks original at the undercarriage of the Toyota Estima 2.4/ 3.5 ACR50 for a very professional appearance!

While the front chassis is strengthened and enhanced for better and accurate steering, the rear chassis is equally important, but more for improving cornering or maneuvering around corners. Hence the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER SIDE BARS and REAR LOWER BAR are developed (see below picture).

<REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>

The SUPERCIRCIUT REAR LOWER SIDE BARS (a set of 2pcs) are installed at both sides of the Toyota Estima 2.4/ 3.5 ACR50 rear lower chassis, to reinforce the side of the rear lower chassis from flex and maintaining chassis strength for a more stabled and controlled cornering.

In the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bar (LH) reinforces the side wall of the rear lower chassis, where the rear suspension system is mounted to the vehicle body.

And below is the the other side of the rear lower chassis with the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bar (RH) installed.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars are finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating. It is not only looks original at the undercarriage of the vehicle, it is functioning effectively too!

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BAR reinforces the area where the rear sub-frame/ rear axle of the Toyota Estima ACR50 is mounted to the vehicle body, to strengthen the area and minimize rear-end chassis flex, hence a more responsive and firmer rear chassis for better maneuvering around corners.

The MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating of the SUPERCIRUCIT Rear Lower Bar simply looks original and gives a professional appearance to the undercarriage of the Toyota Estima 2.4/ 3.5 ACR50.
