Chassis Strengthening Solutions for the Toyota Voxy (R80)

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT HQ, we have supplied and installed yet another Toyota Voxy (R80; 2014~) with our chassis strengthening bars and braces, to improve and enhance the handling and maneuvering of this mid size MPV.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Voxy (R80), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

To install the SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar to the vehicle, the wipers and the plastic covers at the windscreen has to be removed first.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Toyota Voxy (R80) is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, which is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay!

We installed the above FRONT STRUT BAR to strengthen the front upper chassis, the undercarriage of the Toyota Voxy (R80) is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR LOWER BAR and REAR LOWER BRACE as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The 3-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is mounted at the rear of the front sub-frame and reinforced the front lower part of the front undercarriage of the Toyota Voxy (R80), to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar and Front Lower Brace strengthen the front portion of the Toyota Voxy (R80) chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar strengthens the front section of the rear sub-frame and to minimize rear chassis flex.

<REAR UNDER BAR>

Further to the rear, the 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is installed, so both the fore and aft of the sub-frame are reinforced and strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Brace respectively, to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering when the rear end tends to swing out due to inertia forces.

Proton SAGA (BT3) VVT Undercarriage Strengthening

The SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars are installed to improve the handling and enhance the maneuvering of the 3rd generation 2020- Proton SAGA 1.3 VVT (BT3).

For the front undercarriage of the Proton SAGA (BT3), We have supplied and  installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar and Front Lower Brace to improve the strength and stiffness of better, responsive maneuvering and accurate steering.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to mount at the front overhanging of the chassis, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, uneven surfaces etc.

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front sub-frame is mounted to the Proton SAGA VVT's front lower chassis, to minimize front chassis flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace helps to minimize the front lower sub-frame from being distorted/ flexed during maneuvering or travelling on uneven surfaces. Hence a more precise turning, accurate steering and a better road feedback too!
