Mercedes-AMG CLA45 Chassis Strengthening

We have supplied and installed yet another set of SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces to the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117), to improve the maneuvering and handling of the vehicle.

The full set of chassis strengthening bars made for the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117) consists of the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BAR, FRONT LOWER BAR, MID CHASSIS BARS & REAR LOWER BAR. Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces has its function and role respectively, to cater for various kind of driving situations and road conditions.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen and reinforce the front upper chassis of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117), to minimize front upper chassis flex, for a more accurate and sharper steering response.

The undercarriage of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117) with all the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars installed. Each of the chassis bars are developed for their purpose and function, to cater for all kind of driving conditions and situations.


While the front undercarriage is strengthened for sharper and responsive steering controls; strengthening the rear chassis to minimize the rear-end swaying or 'fish-tailing' effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to strengthen the forward section of the Mercedes-AMG A45 (W176) front undercarriage as well as the front sub-frame.


Mounted across the front part of the sub-frame, under the engine of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117), to strengthen this part of the chassis for lesser chassis flex due to the weight of the engine as well as from the front suspensions.


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is simply original and professional at the undercarriage of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117).


<FRONT LOWER BAR>
While the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar above strengthens the front part of the front sub-frame, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar does the same for the rear part of the front sub-frame of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117) as shown in the picture.


Togther, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar and Front Lower Bar strengthens and reinforces the front sub-frame of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117) for lesser front chassis flex, as well as holding the front wheels alignment better for a more accurate maneuvering and responsive steering direction.

<MID CHASSIS BARS>
SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bars are designed to minimize the mid chassis flex, to improve mid chassis stiffness for a more agile and responsive maneuvering.

There are two mid chassis bars developed for the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117), namely the FRONT & REAR.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is installed to the rear sub-frame of the Mercedes-AMG CLA45 (C117) as shown in the picture below, to minimize rear lower chassis flex for a more stabled and controlled cornering.

Proton Satria Neo CPS Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace & Rear Lower Brace

Featured below is the Proton Satria Neo CPS strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening bar and braces.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Proton Satria Neo CPS. It is installed across the engine bay and linked up the two top part of the front suspension struts, to hold the front upper chassis for lesser chassis flex hence more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering.



The brackets at both sides of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, for accurate fitment and stronger structural integrity, all these are contributed to a better road holding and improve maneuverability of the Proton Satria Neo CPS.


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the Proton Satria Neo CPS.

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE is designed to reinforce the front lower chassis of the Proton Satria Neo CPS as shown in the picture below.

Often installed together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, they strenghten both the upper and lower of the front chassis, for a lesser front chassis flex and hence a more responsive, precise and accurate steering can be achieved.

Perodua Bezza Front Strut Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar is supplied and installed to the Perodua BEZZA, to improve the handling and cornering performance of the vehicle.


Firstly, the front upper section of the Perodua BEZZA is installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar which is designed for a better vehicle maneuvering and sharper steering feedback.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is bolted to the front suspensions' top mounts, across the engine bay, to reinforce and help in maintaining front upper chassis geometry for accurate steering and precise maneuvering of the Perodua BEZZA.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply premium and stylish at the engine bay of the Perodua BEZZA!


While strengthen the front chassis for sharper and a more responsive steering response. Reinforcing the rear for better cornering performance. For the Perodua BEZZA, the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is supply and installed.


The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


The two brackets at both sides are mounted to the bottom part of the rear springs sits as shown in the picture, then the anti-roll bar are bolt onto the brackets just like the OEM. Such design has stronger structural integrity and ease of upgrade or maintenance.

Perodua Ativa Rear Anti-roll Bar

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed a very comprehensive chassis strengthening products for the Perodua Ativa, to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle to cater for various kind of driving situations and road conditions. The 19mm SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR made for the Perodua Ativa is designed to mount transversely across the rear torsion-beam solid axle as shown in the picture below.

Toyota Yaris Chassis Strengthening & Handling Enhancement Solutions

The SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has a complete chassis strengthening solutions for the 3rd generation 2020 facelifted Toyota Yaris (XP150/NSP151), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace (4-point), Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Anti-roll Bar.

Each of the bars and braces comes with its own function and purpose respectively. Install according to one's driving needs and requirements.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace works in conjunction with the Front Strut Bar to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely across the torson-beam rear suspension as shown in the pictures below.


The function of the Anti-roll Bar is to strengthen and stiffen the rear solid axle of the Toyota Yaris (XP150-series) so that it is prone to resist vehicle body roll during cornering.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


The additional function of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is that it is 'SOFT-HARD ADJUSTABLE'!! 

The 'SOFT & HARD Damping' can be adjusted via the 3 holes on the anti-roll bars and brackets shown below.
