VW Arteon 4Motion Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The VW ARTEON 4motion is at our installation bays for chassis strengthening products that we have specially developed for this particular chassis i.e. the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Side Bars.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR is designed to install across the engine bay of the VW ARTEON, to strengthen the areas where the top of the front suspensions are mounted to the chassis, to maintain the geometry of the chassis from over flexing and to hold the front wheels' alignment in place.


When the flexing of the front upper chassis in minimized, a more accurate maneuvering and sharper steering response can be realized.


Designed and manufactured with great engineering input, the brackets at both sides are laser cut to shape and finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating. It is stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the VW ARTEON!


While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis, the undercarriage of the VW Arteon 4Motion is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Side Bars as shown in the picture below.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
While the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthens the VW Arteon's front upper chassis and hold the upper part of the front suspensions, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforce the front lower chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>
The VW Arteon 4Motion factory stock original mid chassis brace is replace with the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bars to improve the mid chassis rigidity for a more agile and responsive cornering.

When the flex at the middle section of the vehicle chassis is minimized, it improves the handling of the vehicle especially during multiple maneuvering at the same time e.g. while negotiating multiple sharp corners or during 'moose test'.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace, which is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, replaces the VW Arteon 4Motion factory stock original one for better and stronger mid undercarriage!

The rear chassis of the VW Arteon 4Motion is strengthened for a more controlled and stable cornering. We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars at both sides and Rear Lower Bar at the middle as shown in the picture below.


<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar reinforces and strengthens the centre area of the rear sub-frame as shown in the below pictures, to allow the rear chassis to take up more load from the transverse dirction without flexing too much, hence a more stable and controlled rear chassis.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar made for VW Arteon is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating for a very original and professional appearance at the undercarraige!


<REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame as well as the side of the rear chassis as shown in the pictures below, to minimize the rear chassis flex of the VW Arteon 4Motion.

Perodua Alza Mk2 Front Lower Brace & Rear Anti-roll Bar

Here at the SuperCircuit Chassis Bars Division, we have developed one of the most comprehensive chassis strengthening solutions for the 2023 Perodua Alza (a.k.a. D27A/ Alza Alza Mk2) to date, as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame and hold the front wheels alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering.


The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is mounted with the original bolts as shown in the pictures below. Such sturcture not only strengthens traversely and longitudinally, but also diagonally for optimum front lower chassis strength!

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar made for the Perodua Alza Mk2 is designed to minimize rear vehicle body roll, for a more agile and responsive maneuvering especially around the corners!


It is designed to install as an add-on across the rear torsion beam of the Perodua Alza Mk2 as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the axle.


The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut, then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!



Made with solid 19mm high performance spring steel material, the SUPERCIRCUIT rear anti-roll bar made for the Perodua Alza Mk2 is robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.

Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2 Front Strut Bar

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces for the Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2 Hatchback ('12-present). Featured below is the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar installed to the vehicle, to minimize the front chassis flex for a more accurate and responsive steering.

Toyota Corrolla Cross (XG10) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10), like the new Toyota Corolla (E210), is built on the same TNGA-C (GA-C) platform. We have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to further improve the handling and maneuveirng of the vehicle!

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Solutions for the 2020 Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace, Front Lower Bar, Mid Chassis Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount at the areas where the top front suspension struts are bolted onto the front upper chassis, to minimize front upper chassis flex of the Toyota Corolla Cross, for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE & FRONT LOWER BAR>
There are two items in this picture, namely the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar and Front Lower Brace. Both the items strengthen the front lower chassis of the Toyota Corolla Cross, to maintain the geometry of the front lower chassis flex for a more accurate front wheels alignment, hence a more accurate steering and responsive maneuvering.

Especially the 4-point design of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace ensures torsional rigidity of the front sub-frame.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is to reinforce the middle section of the Toyota Corolla Cross's chassis, to reduce mid chassis flex and to maintain better driving line when negotiating corners.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The function of the SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is to stiffen the suspension so that it is prone to resist vehicle body roll during cornering. It is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

Toyota Vios NCP93 Rear Anti-roll Bar

The 2nd generation Toyota Vios (NCP93; 2007-2013) doesn't come with any factory fitted rear anti-roll bar(just front anti-roll bar), therefore SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is developed as an add-on component, to improve the stability of the vehicle during cornering or an event of multiple maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anit-roll Bar is designed to mount transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Toyota Vios (NCP93) shown below/


Made with solid 19mm high performance spring steel material, the SUPERCIRCUIT rear anti-roll bar made for the Toyota Vios (NCP93) is robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.


The brackets at both sides of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar, as shown in the picture above, are laser cut from thick steel material then machine v-bent to shape for stronger structural integrity. They are mounted under the spring seats on the Toyota Vios (NCP93) rear torsion beam solid axle. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar made for Toyota Vios (NCP93) is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating and is made of genuine 'spring steel' for excellent spring effect and responsive recovery after exiting corners, it brings the vehicle back in level in lesser time, hence performs better especially in the 'Moose Test'.
