Toyota Harrier (XU80) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the 4th generation Toyota Harrier (XU80) featured below and significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars and braces, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT LOWER BAR, REAR LOWER BAR - A, REAR LOWER BAR - B and REAR UNDER BAR, has its function and role respectively, to cater for different situations and needs, or installed all for optimum chassis strength and stiffness!

 
<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier (XU80), to maintain the front chassis geometry and minimize chassis flex for a more controlled steering and precise maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar improves and strengthens the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier (XU80) for a more agile, responsive and better road surface feedback, and the signature MATTE BLACK coating looks great at the engine bay too!


Engineered and manufactured with great details, the brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is made with laser cut technique and machine bent to shape, for a more robust and stronger structural integrity on the Toyota Harrier (XU80).

<FRONT LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar reinforces the area where the front sub frame of the Toyota Harrier (XU80) is mounted to the vehicle's front lower chassis, to minimize front lower chassis flex and helps to maintain the front suspension in position for a more accurate steering, maneuvering and be able to maintain driving line during high speed cornering, for a safer drive.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar is designed to install at the two front sub-frame mounts as shown in the picture below.

While the front chassis is strengthened with the Front Strut Bar & Front Lower Bar mentinoed above, for sharper and responsive steering; the rear chassis is strnegthened for a more controlled and stabled cornering. Therefore, the Rear Lower Bar - A & Rear Lower Bar - B as well as the Rear Under Bar shown below are developed.



<REAR LOWER BAR - A>
One of the two rear lower chassis strengthening bars made for the Toyota Harrier (XU80), the Rear Lower Bar - A is designed to mount at the front part of the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below.

<REAR LOWER BAR - B>
While the Rear Lower Bar - A strengthen the front part of the rear sub-frame, the Rear Lower Bar - B installed and strengthened the rear part of the sub-frame. Both the Rear Lower Bar A & B effectively reducing rear-end chassis flex and allow a more precised maneuvering in and out of corners.

<REAR UNDER BAR>
While the above two SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bars strengthens the rear sub-frame of the Toyota Harrier (XU80), the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar strengthens the further rearwards of the sub-frame as shown in the pictures below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is designed to mount at the aft of the Toyota Harrier (XU80) rear sub-frame, to further strengthen the rear undercarriage for lesser chassis flex and a more controlled maneuvering around corners.

Perodua Kelisa Front Under Bar & Mid Chassis Bar

Shown below are two chassis strengthening bars developed by the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars division specifically for the Perodua Kelisa, to improve the handling, maneuvering and steering control of the vehicle.


<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front overhanging of the chassis, under the engine, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, uneven surfaces etc.



Utilizing the original bolts at the undercarriage, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to install across the very front ends of the overhanging on the Perodua Kelisa as shown above, to minimize the front lower chassis flex for a more responsive steering and maneuvering.



The industrial grade heavy duty MATTE BLACK coated SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar matched well with the Perouda Kelisa undercarriage for a very original and professional appearance.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bars are designed to install at the middle section of the Perodua Kelisa's undercarriage as shown in the pictures below, to minimize the mid chassis flex and maintain the driving line when negotiating corners.

Subaru Forester XT NA 2.0 (SJ) Front Strut Bar

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the 4th generation 2014-2018 Subaru Forester XT (SJ), to strengthen the front upper chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted for lesser front chassis flex, hence a more responsive and accurate steering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the areas where the front suspension is mounted to the Subaru Forester chassis, so the chassis can take up heavier load and still be able to maintaining the monocoque chassis integrity for responsive steering and accurate manuevering.

Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC33S) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The 3rd generation Suzuki Swift Sport 1.4 BoosterJet (ZC33S) is built on the HEARTECT light weigth platform, which Suzuki also claims that the platform offers increased body stiffness, allowing for better ride quality and handling.

 

But, here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division, we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to further improve the handling and maneuveirng of the vehicle, namely the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar, Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar.

<FRONT ENGINE BRACE/ FRONT STRUT BAR>
Firstly, the front upper chassis of the Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC33S) is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar which comes with 4-mounting points as shown in the picture below, that's why we prefer to call it a 'brace' instead of 'bar'. It strengthens the front upper chassis of the vehicle for lesser chassis flex, ensuring better front upper chassis strength for a more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering!
 

The 4-mounting points design of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar ensures both diagonal and lateral strength of the Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC33S)'s front upper chassis.


The below picture shows the point where the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar is mounted to the chassis, to strengthen the upper side of the chassis.

2 of the 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Engine Brace/ Front Strut Bar are designed to reinforce the front suspension top mounts (picture above) and 2 are mounted further forward as shown in the picure below, to allow better longitudinal and tranverse strength compared to the convetional 2-point front strut bar.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to install and strengthen the forward part of the front sub-frame of the Suzuki Swift Sport (ZC33S) as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to mount with the factory stock original bolts at the forward part of the front sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to reinforce transversely across the very front of the vehicel's front sub-frame, to minimize front chassis flex, hence a more accurate steering and maneuvering.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame and hold the front wheels alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering.

Often installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to obtain optimum front chassis strength and minimize front chassis flex.

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is mounted at the rear side of the front sub-frame. Together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar mentioned earlier, the front sub-frame is reinforced and strengthen in every direction for a more rigid and strong front lower chassis.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to install across the rear torsion beam of the Perodua Alza Mk2 as shown in the picture below.


The Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to minimize vehicle body roll during cornering, to maintain level for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.


The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!
