Nissan Sylphy 2.0 (G11) Rear Lower Brace

Following the installation of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar on the Nissan Sylphy 2.0 (G11) earlier. Here is yet another Nissan Sylphy installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace to further enhance the chassis stiffness for better road holding and maneuvering.

 

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is designed to mount at the area where the control arms of rear Nissan Sylphy 2.0 suspension system is mounted to the chassis, to strengthen this area allows the rear suspension system to take up higher load during cornering and minimize rear chassis flex.

Toyota Vios NCP150 Chassis Strengthening Bars

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP150) which is equipped with the new 1NZ-FE VVT-i engine (2013-2016), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace (4-point), Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Strut Bar and Rear Lower Bar.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP150 for a more precised turning and maneuvering.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower crossmember is mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP150. It further strengthen the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are mounted to the front crossmember from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and maneuvering, better road feedback is achieved.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP150 to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.

All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is scratch resistance and durable.

It is designed to strengthen the rear upper chassis of the Nissan Almera for better road holding capability and more stable going through corners. It is mounted to the rear upper chassis of the Nissan Almera with brackets made with laser cut and v-bending techniques, so ensure strength and structural integrity.
