Firstly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is developed to strengthen the middle part of the vehicle chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling while negotiating sharp corners.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the rear lower lateral arm inner mounts of the Mini Cooper S F56, to hold the rear lower chassis in place and minimize flex due to the movement from the rear lower lateral arms, hence effectively minimizing twisting/ flexing and 'over steering' effect during high speed cornering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar connects the inner mounts of the Mini Cooper S F56 rear lower lateral arms and strengthen the area, so it can take up higher loads without flexing too much.

Toyota Vios NCP93 Chassis Strengthening Bars

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 2nd generation Toyota Vios (NCP93), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace (4-point), Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Strut Bar and Rear Lower Bar.

Each of them are designed and developed with a purpose respectively. We featured some of the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening products installed to the Toyota Vios NCP93 here for your reference.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93 for a more precised turning and maneuvering.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93. It further strengthen the areas where the lower wishbone of the front suspension system are mounted to the front sub-frame, preventing it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and responsive maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93 to minimize movement or flex of the mid chassis and cut off the 'rear-end fishtailing effect' to the front of the chassis, hence a more stabled maneuvering under certain driving conditions.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP93 to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a set of bar and braces to strengthen the chassis of both the 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP150) with the 1NZ-FE engine and Toyota Vios (NCP151) with the 2NR-FE engine available from 2016 onward, which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace and Rear Lower Bar for a balanced steering and maneuvering.

Here is yet another 2016 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP151) with the new 2NR-FE engine installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar.

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed various chassis strengthening and chassis improving products for the Perodua Myvi Lagi Best, for better handling, sharper steering response and accurate maneuvering.

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Compartment Brace is designed to strengthen the rear upper chassis and acts like a Rear Strut Bar, but better with more mounting points. As the name suggested, it is installed at the rear compartment of the Perodua Myvi, at the back of the rear seat's backrest.

Without sacrificing much space, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Compartment Brace reinforcing the upper part of the chassis where the rear suspension struts sit and further strengthen by mounting the floor, this 4-point Rear Compartment Brace minimizes the Perodua Myvi rear chassis flex effectively.

The plastic covers at both sides the rear upper boot area need to be trimmed, to allow the the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Compartment Brace to be installed.
