Toyota Alpard (ANH10) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have just installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces to the 1st generation Toyota Alphard (ANH10; 2002-2008), to strengthen the chassis of this full size MPV for better handling and maneuvering, they are the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace and Rear Lower Bar.

Further to strengthening the chassis, the special MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating on the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars also add aesthetic and elegant to the engine bay and undercarriage. They are simply elegant and professional!

The Front Strut Bar mounted at the areas where the top of the Toyota Alpahrd ANH10 front suspensions sit, to allow the front chassis to be able to withstand higher load from the front suspension system without flexing the chassis too much, hence to maintain a more accurate driving line, precised steering direction and safer maneuvering!

The two front suspension mounts of the Toyota Alphard ANH10 are hidden under the front wind screen. To access to it, the lower part of the front windscreen cover, as well as the wind screen wipers have to be removed, as shown in the pictures below.

Toyota Harrier XU30 Front Strut Bar & Front Lower Brace

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar and Front Lower Brace is installed to the 2nd generation Toyota Harrier (XU30; 2003-2013) below, to strengthen the front chassis for accurate and responsive steering as well as precised maneuvering.

<Front Strut Bar>

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU30, to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

In order to access to the front suspension top mounts, the plastic trims in front of the windscreen has to be removed first (as shown in the picture below).

The stylish and elegant MATTE BLACK coating matched with brackets made with laser cut and v-bend technologies, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar not only looks good, it also ensures better fitment and stronger structural integrity; all these factors are contributed to a better road holding and maneuverability of the vehicle.

The front windscreen plastic trims and wipers are back in place, not noticing the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is actually under them, for a neat and tidy appearance.

<Front Lower Brace>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed, complement to the Front Strut Bar above, to strengthen the front lower chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU30 by reinforcing and strengthen the areas where the front lower suspension control arms are mounted to the front chassis.

By reinforcing and strengthen the chassis where the front lower suspension control arms are mounted, the front lower chassis is able to take up more load from the suspension yet still maintaining the front chassis in place and hence maintain the front wheels alignment for accurate steering and precised maneuvering.

<Rear Lower Bar>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is installed to strengthen the rear sub-frame of the Mercedes Benz CLA250 (C117), to allow the rear suspension system to take up more load during cornering without flexing too much of the rear chassis. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during obstacle avoidance.

Installed to the rear lower sub-frame, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower part of the Mercedes Benz CLA250 (C117) chassis, to prevent the rear lower chassis of the vehicle from over flexing during high speed cornering or sudden maneuvering, hence a more controlled and safer driving.

Honda Civic FB Chassis Strengthening Solutions

Featured below are the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces made for the 2012-2016 9th generation Honda Civic (FB), to improve the handling and maneuverability of the vehicle to meet all kind of driving conditions and situations, namely the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Bar, Rear Compartment Brace and Rear Lower Bar.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>

The front lower chassis is strengthen for the purpose of maintaining the front chassis for lesser flex and hold the front wheels for better alignment, for accurate turning and precise steering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front part of the Honda Civic FB's front under chassis, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.

<REAR LOWER BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is designed to strengthen and reinforce the area where the rear trailing arms are mounted to the rear Honda Civic FB's chassis as shown in the picture below.

The Rear Lower Brace strengthens the rear chassis and minimize rear chassis flex is crucial to the handling of the vehicle, especially during high speed cornering, obstacle avoidance or during over taking, to maintain the rear chassis from 'fish-tailing' and increase the agility of the vehicle.

<REAR COMPARTMENT BRACE/ REAR STRUT BAR>

The Rear Compartment Bar (also a Rear Strut Bar) is designed to strengthen the rear upper chassis. Just functioned like the rear strut bar, it is installed on the top mounts of the rear suspension, across the rear compartment of the Honda Civic FB as shown in the pictures below.

Without sacrificing much space, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Compartment Brace reinforcing the upper part of the chassis where the rear suspension struts sit and further strengthen by mounting onto the floor, this 3-point Rear Compartment Brace minimizes the rear chassis flex of the Honda Civic FB effectively.
