Toyota Vios NCP93 Rear Anti-roll Bar

The 2nd generation Toyota Vios (NCP93; 2007-2013) doesn't come with any factory fitted rear anti-roll bar(just front anti-roll bar), therefore SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is developed as an add-on component, to improve the stability of the vehicle during cornering or an event of multiple maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anit-roll Bar is designed to mount transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Toyota Vios (NCP93) shown below/


Made with solid 19mm high performance spring steel material, the SUPERCIRCUIT rear anti-roll bar made for the Toyota Vios (NCP93) is robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.


The brackets at both sides of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar, as shown in the picture above, are laser cut from thick steel material then machine v-bent to shape for stronger structural integrity. They are mounted under the spring seats on the Toyota Vios (NCP93) rear torsion beam solid axle. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar made for Toyota Vios (NCP93) is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating and is made of genuine 'spring steel' for excellent spring effect and responsive recovery after exiting corners, it brings the vehicle back in level in lesser time, hence performs better especially in the 'Moose Test'.

We have installed the stylish and elegant SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Components to yet another 10th generation Honda Civic (codename: FC) here at our installation bays, to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Honda Civic FC is designed to strengthen the areas where the front shock absorber's top mount sits, to minimize front upper chassis flex for a more precised steering and maneuvering around corners.

Toyota Voxy (R80) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have strengthened yet another Toyota Voxy's chassis (R80; 2014~) with the premium SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces, to improve and enhance the handling and maneuvering of this mid size MPV.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Voxy (R80), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.


To install the SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar to the vehicle, the wipers and the plastic covers at the windscreen has to be removed first.


All the plastic trims and front windscreen wipers are back in position after the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is installed.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar (above) and Front Lower Brace (shown below) strengthen the front portion of the Toyota Voxy (R80) chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.


The 3-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is mounted at the rear of the front sub-frame and reinforced the front lower part of the front undercarriage of the Toyota Voxy (R80) as shown in the picture below, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar & Rear Lower Bar is designed to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering when the rear end tends to swing out due to inertia forces.

Toyota Veloz Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar featured below is designed and developed to minimize vechicle body roll of the Toyota Veloz, to impove the stability during corneing and enhance the maneuvering performance of the vehicle.

Perodua Viva Rear Compartment Brace (3-point)
