Toyota ROOMY Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The ROOMY (also called TANK) is a 5-door minivan produced by Toyota in Japan and we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars to improve the handling and maneuvering of this minivan for more driving dynamic and fun!


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
Firstly, the front upper chassis is reinforced by the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR which is designed to mount across the engine bay as shown in the picture below, to strengthen the front upper chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted for lesser front chassis flex, hence a more responsive and accurate steering.

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR strengthens the front upper chassis and hold the upper part of the front suspensions, the undercarriage of the Toyota ROOMY/ TANK is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening components i.e. FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR LOWER SIDE BARS, REAR LOWER BAR & REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR (not shown in the picture).

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE reinforces the rear part of the front sub-frame on the Toyota ROOMY/ TANK, to minimize front lower chassis flex, hence the front suspension can maintain its geometry for a more accurate steering, precise maneuvering and be able to maintain driving line during high speed cornering for a safer drive.

Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) Front Strut Bar

At the chassis strengthening bars division in SUPERCIRCUIT, the engineers have developed a comprehensive set of chassis strengthening bars & braces for the Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) and featured below is the improved SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar (version II), with stronger architecture and structure, for the Toyota Corolla Cross non-hybrid chassis.


To install the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to the Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10), the wipers and the cover under the front windscreen has to be removed as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to install onto the front suspension's top mounts of the Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) 1.8-litre 2ZR-FE non-hybrid chassis as shown in the picture below, to strengthen the front upper chassis and minimize chassis flex.

Engineered and manufactured with great details, the brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is made with laser cut technique and machine bent to shape, for a more robust and stronger structural integrity on the Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) non-hybrid chassis.


In the below pictures, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is installed onto the Toyota Corolla Cross (XG10) non-hybrid front upper chassis and the covers are all back in place. No further modification is required during the installation, just straight bolt-on.

Mazda MX-5 (ND) Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar feature below is developed to minimize vehicle body roll of the 4th generation Mazda MX-5 (ND) for a more stabled and controlled cornering!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension arms as shown in the picture.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

Mazda MX-5 ND rear sway bar/ rear stabilizer bar by SUPERCIRCUIT.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll bar is designed to direct replace the thin Mazda MX-5 (ND) factory stock original one for better performance!

Below pictures shown the differences between the factory stock and the SUPERCIRCUIT one.


The diameter of the Mazda MX-5 (ND) stock original anti-roll bar is about O/D 11mm. While the SUPERCIRCUIT anti-roll bar is made with O/D 19mm spring steel which significantly resist vehicle body roll and improve the stability during cornering!


The function of the SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is designed to replace the original one on the Mazda MX-5 (ND) for better resistance to vehicle body roll during cornering. It is made with 19mm spring steel material for excellent anti-roll effect and helps to quickly bring the car back to level after exiting corners.


One of the important aspects on every anti-roll bars of the multi-link suspensions, is the rubber bushes.

Honda City GM6 Front Strut Bar + Rear Anti-roll Bar

The 2014-2020 Honda City (GM6) chassis is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar for better handling and maneuvering for a more enjoyable and safe drive!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to reinforce and strengthen the area where the front upper suspensions are mounted, to minimize front upper chassis flex for accurate steering direction and precise maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Honda City GM6 is in 2-pcs architecture, with the adjustable threaded stud screw bolt in the middle, for ease of installation.


The brackets at both sides of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and machine bent to shape, for accurate fitment and structural integrity.

The brackets of the anti-roll bar are mounted at the bottom part of the rear spring seats as shown in the pictures below. They are laser cut from thick steel material and machine bent to shape, for structural integrity and robustness.



During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect for a more stabled and controlled cornering!

VW Arteon 4Motion Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The VW ARTEON 4motion is at our installation bays for chassis strengthening products that we have specially developed for this particular chassis i.e. the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Side Bars.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR is designed to install across the engine bay of the VW ARTEON, to strengthen the areas where the top of the front suspensions are mounted to the chassis, to maintain the geometry of the chassis from over flexing and to hold the front wheels' alignment in place.


When the flexing of the front upper chassis in minimized, a more accurate maneuvering and sharper steering response can be realized.


Designed and manufactured with great engineering input, the brackets at both sides are laser cut to shape and finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating. It is stylish and elegant at the engine bay of the VW ARTEON!


While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis, the undercarriage of the VW Arteon 4Motion is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Side Bars as shown in the picture below.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
While the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthens the VW Arteon's front upper chassis and hold the upper part of the front suspensions, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforce the front lower chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>
The VW Arteon 4Motion factory stock original mid chassis brace is replace with the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bars to improve the mid chassis rigidity for a more agile and responsive cornering.

When the flex at the middle section of the vehicle chassis is minimized, it improves the handling of the vehicle especially during multiple maneuvering at the same time e.g. while negotiating multiple sharp corners or during 'moose test'.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace, which is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, replaces the VW Arteon 4Motion factory stock original one for better and stronger mid undercarriage!

The rear chassis of the VW Arteon 4Motion is strengthened for a more controlled and stable cornering. We have installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars at both sides and Rear Lower Bar at the middle as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar reinforces and strengthens the centre area of the rear sub-frame as shown in the below pictures, to allow the rear chassis to take up more load from the transverse dirction without flexing too much, hence a more stable and controlled rear chassis.
