The engineers at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department have developed a complete set of chassis strengthening bars and braces, to enhance the chassis and to improve handling of the 2013~ Toyota Harrier XU60 (2.0L NA engine).
The Toyota Harrier XU60 complete chassis improvement and strengthening solutions from SUPERCIRCUIT consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Brace, Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Bar, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Wishbone Reinforcement Bars. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively.
<Front Strut Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place.
It is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted onto, to strengthen the upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60 for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.
<Front Under Brace & Front Lower Brace>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount below the engine of the Toyota Harrier XU60's chassis, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is located at the rear section of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Toyota Harrier's chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in position for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering!
Both the above braces are designed in the 4-point construction formation, which will be structural stronger and able to hold the very front part of the Toyota Harrier XU60 chassis better. What's more, they are finished our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating for a very original and professional look at the undercarriage of the Toyota Harrier XU60.
<Mid Chassis Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle part of the Toyota Harrier XU60 chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling while negotiating sharp corners.
While the front chassis is strengthened for better steering and maneuvering, the rear chassis is crucial for a better controlled and stabled cornering, therefore we developed the below chassis strengthening items, namely the Rear Lower Bar and Rear Wishbone Mounts Reinforcement Bars, for the Toyota Harrier XU60.
<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower sub-frame of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize chassis flex and contributed to a more stable and controlled rear chassis during cornering.
<REAR LOWER WISHBONE REINFORCEMENT BARS>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Wishbone Reinforcement Bars are designed to further strengthen the rear lower part of the Toyota Harrier XU60 chassis, where the rear wishbones arms are mounted to the sub-frame, to allow the sub-frame to take up more load from the rear suspension without flexing too much, hence a more stabled and controlled cornering.
All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering inputs to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in our signature industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only stylish and looks profeessional and original at the chassis, they are very durable too!
