Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 2018+ Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Lower Bar, Front Lower Brace (4-point), Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Bar.

Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively, to improve the steering, maneuvering and handling of the vehicle under different driving conditions and situations.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) for less front upper chassis flex and improve steering accuracy and sharpness.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the two front upper suspension struts are mounted onto the chassis; to strengthen the upper chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback for sharper steering and accurate turning.

<FRONT LOWER BAR & FRONT LOWER BRACE>
While the front upper chassis is strengthened with the Front Strut Bar, the front lower chassis is equally important in maintaining front chassis strength and holding the front wheels alignment in place. Therefore, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar and Front Lower Brace is developed for the purpose.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the front part of Toyota Yaris (XP150) front sub-frame and the Front Lower Brace reinforces the rear part as shown in the picture below.

Both the Front Lower Bar and Front Lower Brace further strengthen the areas where the front lower wishbones are mounted to the front chassis and prevent it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering or traveling on uneven surfaces. Hence a more precised turning and maneuvering, better road feedback is achieved.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE & REAR LOWER BAR>
The middle and rear section of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) is further strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Lower Bar as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to mount at the middle part of the chassis, to further improve the stiffness of the chassis and enhance the agility of the vehicle during maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Yaris Hatchback (XP150) to minimize movement or flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.

All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is scratch resistance and durable.
