Toyota Harrier XU60 Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces

Here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars and Braces developed for the 3rd generation Toyota Harrier (XU60) 2.0 non-turbo version, to strengthen the chassis for better handling and maneuvering. Namely, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar for the upper chassis, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace, Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Bar, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Wishbone Reinforcement Bars for the undercarriage. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively.

<Front Strut Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in place.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay, linking the chassis where the front upper suspensions are mounted onto, to strengthen the upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60 for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

For the undercarriage of the Toyota Harrier XU60, SUPERCIRCUIT has come up with the below items, from front to rear undercarriage, to cater for all kind of driving situations and road conditions!

<Front Under Brace, Front Lower Brace & Mid Chassis Bar>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount below the engine of the Toyota Harrier XU60's chassis, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is located at the rear section of the front sub-frame, further reinforcing the front lower part of the Toyota Harrier's chassis as well as the front sub-frame which is carrying the load from the front suspensions, to further minimize the front lower chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in position for sharper steering and accurate maneuvering!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle part of the Toyota Harrier XU60 chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling while negotiating sharp corners.

While the front chassis is strengthened for better steering and maneuvering, the rear chassis is crucial for a better controlled and stabled cornering, therefore we developed the below chassis strengthening items, namely the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Wishbone Reinforcement Bars, made for the Toyota Harrier XU60.

<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the rear lower sub-frame of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize chassis flex and contributed to a more stable and controlled rear chassis during cornering.

<REAR LOWER WISHBONE REINFORCEMENT BARS>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Wishbone Reinforcement Bars are designed to further strengthen the rear lower part of the Toyota Harrier XU60 chassis, where the rear wishbones arms are mounted to the sub-frame, to allow the sub-frame to take up more load from the rear suspension without flexing too much, hence a more stabled and controlled cornering.

All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering inputs to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in our signature industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only stylish and elegant, they are very durable too!
