Honda CR-V (RW) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The Chassis Bars Division of SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a complete set of chassis bars and brace to strengthen the chassis of the 5th generation Honda CR-V (RW; 2017~), which consists of the Front Strut Bar, Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Side Bars.

Each of the bars and braces shown below come with its own function and purpose respectively, but with one aim - to improve steering and enhance maneuvering of the vehicle!

<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Honda CR-V (RW) for a more precised turning and maneuvering.

While the upper chassis is strengthen by the front strut bar above, a very comprehensive range of bars and braces are designed to hold the undercarriage (as shown in the picture below) of the Honda CR-V (RW).

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
Reinforcing the front under chassis and front lower chassis to minimize chassis flex is important in maneuvering and steering of the vehicle.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front overhanging of the chassis, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, uneven surfaces etc.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Honda CR-V (RW), to prevent it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning and maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.

<REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>
As the name suggested, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars are installed to the two sides of the Honda CR-V (RW) rear lower chassis, to strengthen and reinforce this part of the chassis where the rear lower wishbones are connected to it; to maintain rear chassis stability and control during cornering.

<REAR LOWER BAR>
Firstly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar made for Honda CR-V (RW) reinforces the areas where the rear lower sub-frame is mounted to the vehicle's monocoque chassis. To hold the rear lower chassis in shape and minimizes rear chassis flex due to all kind of road conditions.

All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is simply elegant and durable.
