Chassis Strengthening for your Toyota Vellfire 2.4 ANH20

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the 2nd gen. Toyota Vellfire 2.4 (ANH20) and significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars and braces, namely the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE, FRONT LOWER BRACE, REAR LOWER BAR, REAR LOWER SIDE BARS and REAR UNDER BAR has its function and role respectively, to cater for different driving situations and road conditions!

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay and connecting the top part of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH20) front suspensions struts as shown in the picture.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Toyota Vellfire (ANH20), to strengthen the front upper chassis for lesser chassis flex, hence to maintain a more accurate driving line and precise steering direction.

While the front upper chassis of the Toyota Vellfire 2.4 (ANH20) is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar mentioned above, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace and Front Lower Brace is complementing to the Front Strut Bar above and reinforcing the front lower part of the chassis shown in the picture below.

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the front overhanging chassis as well as the front lower sub-frame of the Toyota Vellfire 2.4 (ANH20), to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment for an even more controlled and precise maneuvering.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace further strengthens and reinforces the front lower chassis for lesser flex and holds the front wheels alignment in geometry for a more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering.

While the front chassis is strengthened for sharper and responsive steering controls; strengthening the rear chassis to minimize the rear-end swaying or fish tailing effect especially exiting high speed corners, overtaking or sudden maneuvering.

So the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar, Rear Lower Side Bars and Rear Under Bar is installed.

<REAR LOWER BAR & REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Side Bars are designed to strengthen the area where the rear sub-frame are mounted to the rear lower chassis of the Toyota Vellfire 2.4 (ANH20). To minimize rear lower chassis flex for a more stabled and controlled cornering or overtaking.

<REAR UNDER BAR>

While the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Side Bars strengthen the front section at the rear sub-frame of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire 2.4 (ANH20), the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar shown in the picture here strengthens the rear part of the sub-frame.
