Toyota Vellfire (AH40) Chassis Strengthening

SUPERCIRCUIT has developed a full set of chassis bars and braces to strengthen the chassis of the 4th generation Toyota Aphard 2.4 or the 3rd generation Toyota Vellfire 2.4 (code name AH40) shown below, to significantly improve its maneuvering and handling.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension tops are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Vellfire (AH40), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, this technique can ensure a more precise fitment and be able to hold stronger load, all these are contributed to a better road holding and improve maneuverability of the Toyota Vellfire (AH40).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is stylish and elegant. It looks good at the Toyota Vellfire's engine bay for both the aesthetic and functionality!

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthens the front upper chassis and hold the upper part of the front suspensions, the undercarriage of the Toyota Vellfire (AH40) is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar, Rear Lower Bar, Rear Under Bar and Rear Anti-roll Bar shown in the picture below. Each of the item is designed with its function and purposes, to meet various kind of driving situations and road conditions.

<FRONT LOWER BAR>

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar developed for the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40) strengthens the front lower sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to further minimize chassis flex and to maintain the front wheels' alignment for accurate steering and precised maneuvering.

Designed to install at the points where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the vehicle chassis as shown in the picture below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar ensures traverse strength across the left and right chassis, for a more agile and responsive front lower chassis which is good for maneuvering and steering response!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Bar is not only functioning excellently and effectively, finished in high quality industrial grade MATTE BLACK coating, it simply looks original and professional at the undercarriage of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40).

At the rear undercarriage, SUPERCIRCUIT has the Rear Lower Bar, Rear Anti-roll Bar & Rear Under Bar developed for the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40) chassis as ilustrated in the picture below.

<REAR LOWER BAR & REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar are meant to strengthen the rear chassis of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40) but with slight differences.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar strengthen the rear lower chassis of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40), where the rear lower sub-frame are mounted to the vehicle body, as shown in the picture below. So the rear chassis is more stable during cornering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar, as the name suggested, is to installed to minimize the body roll of the vehicle during cornering, for a more comfort and enjoyable ride especially for the rear passengers.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is made with high performance 24mm spring steel material, it is simply robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is designed for direct replacement of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40) factory stock anti-roll bar and is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating for a very original and professional appearance at the undercarriage of the vehicle!

<REAR UNDER BAR>

Just like the Rear Lower Bar above, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is also designed to strengthen the rear section of the sub-frame at the rear of the Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire (AH40) as shown in the picture below.

Since this Rear Under Bar is located further rearward, we called it the 'rear under bar'. It works together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar to strengthen the rear undercarriage for lesser chassis flex and significantly improve the controlling and maneuvering around corners.

Like all the other SUPERCIRCUIT products, the above chassis strengthening products are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity of strengthening the chassis for a safer and dynamic driving.
