Honda City GM6 Front Strut Bar Installation Guide

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Honda City GM6 is supplied and installed to strengthen the front upper chassis for better and more responsive steering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to reinforce and strengthen the area where the Honda City GM6 front upper suspensions are mounted, to minimize front upper chassis flex for accurate steering direction and precise maneuvering. The brackets are laser cut and machine bent to shape, for accurate fitment and structural integrity.

Designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure structural integrity and effectiveness, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Honda City GM6 is in 2-pcs form, with the adjustable threaded stud screw bolt in the middle, for ease of installation.

Please refer to the below pictures as a guide for the installation.

RIGHT SIDE: Insert the M8 Hex Washer Head Screws from the outside (Driver Side Wheel Arch) as shown in the picture below.

Fasten the right side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar with the provide M8 nuts from the engine compartment side.

LEFT SIDE: Insert the provided M6 Hex Washer Head Screws from the engine compartment side as shown in the picture below.

Fasten the left side of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar with the provide M6 nuts from outside (Passenger Side Wheel Arch) as shown in the picture here.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Honda City GM6, to maintain the front upper chassis in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

Designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure structural integrity and effectiveness, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Honda City GM6 is in 2-pcs form, with the adjustable threaded stud screw bolt in the middle, for ease of installation.

<REAR LOWER BRACE>

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is designed to mount at the area where the control arms of rear Honda City GM6 suspension system is mounted to the chassis, to strengthen this area allows the rear suspension system to take up higher load during cornering and minimize rear chassis flex.

The undercarriage plastic is installed back in place for a neat and original appearance, after the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is installed.

Honda City GM6 Front Under Bar

SUPERCIRCUIT's Chassis Bars Division has developed a comprehensive set of chassis strengthening and chassis improvement products for the 6th generation Honda City (GM6; 2014~present). Each bar is designed to serve its own function and purpose respectively, depending on the requirement and setup. 

Featured here is yet another Honda City GM6 with the Front Under Bar installed, to improve the front end chassis rigidness for better steering direction and accurate maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front overhanging of the Honda City GM6 chassis (as shown in the picture below), under the engine, to reinforce the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, uneven surfaces etc.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar strengthen the areas where the front lower wishbones are mounted to the front sub-frame, to allow them to withstand higher load without too much chassis flex, hence maintaining driving line and steering direction better.
