Perodua Axia Front Strut Bar

Yet another Perodua Axia 1.0 installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars for a more stabled cornering and maneuvering.

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department has a full set of chassis strengthening bars and braces developed for the Perodua Axia, each of them comes with its own function and purpose, i.e. the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE, ROOM BAR, REAR LOWER BAR and REAR UNDER BRACE.

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR featured below is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis, to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount onto where the front suspensions' top are sited, to strengthen this part of the chassis from over flexing and to hold the front alignment better for a more accurate steering angle during cornering.

Finished in heavy duty MATTE BLACK industrial grade coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply elegant and matched perfectly at the Perodua Axia's engine bay for a very original and professional appearance.

Designed and manufactured with great engineering input, the brackets are laser cut and machined v-bent to shape to ensure structural integrity and strong.

After the Front Strut Bar installation, the bonnet stand and the horn bracket has to be slightly adjusted to fit, as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar developed for the Perodua AXIA strengthen the front upper chassis to maintain the front upper chassis in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

Finished in MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar made for the Perodua AXIA blends perfectly in the engine bay for a very stylish and original appearance, with excellent performance, of course!

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the Perodua AXIA front sub-frame is mounted to the chassis, to minimize it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precised turning, accurate maneuvering and a better road feedback.

By strengthening these areas of the Perodua AXIA front lower chassis, the front wheels alignment can be held better in place for a more precised turning and a more accurate steering angle at high speed cornering or dodging obstacle for a safer driving.

<ROOM BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Room Bar is designed to install across the rear cabin floor, at the lower part of the b-pillar, of the Perodua AXIA.

The MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating looks classy and original, ensures the room bar doesn't look awkward inside the rear cabin of the Perodua AXIA, in fact it blends in well and stylish too!

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to strengthen the area where the rear suspension system is mounted to the rear chassis of the Perodua AXIA, to minimize rear chassis flex due to the movement of the rear suspension system, hence effectively minimizing twisting/ flexing and 'over steering' effect during high speed cornering. An ideal complement with the SUPERCIRCUIT rear anti-roll bar.

The heavy duty industrial grade MATTE BLACK coating makes the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis bars really blend in with the undercarriage of the Perodua AXIA, for a very original and professional appearance!

<REAR UNDER BAR>

The scratch resistance matte black coating is specially selected to make the strut bar blends in well with the other components, for a very classy and professional aesthetic, at the Perodua Axia engine bay.

The two brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Perodua Axia Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, this technique can ensure a more precised fitment and stronger structural integrity, all these are contributed to a better road holding and maneuverability.
