Toyota Harrier XU60 Front Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The front chassis of the vehicle is important for maneuvering and handling. So, to strengthen the Toyota Harrier XU60 front chassis can improve the handling for sharper steering response and more accurate maneuvering.

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department has developed the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE and FRONT LOWER BAR for the front chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60.

First of all, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthens the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

Then, the front undercarriage is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace and Front Lower Brace, both are designed to minimize the front lower chassis flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is mounted further to the middle section chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize mid chassis flex and to further improve the stability and maneuverability of the vehicle.

Toyota Harrier XU60 Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The Toyota Harrier XU60 (2013~ ) is at the SUPERCIRCUIT installation bay for the chassis strengthening and enhancement solutions.

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department, we install the chassis strengthening products according to the driving style and requirement of the customer, to optimize the driving experiences without compromising on the comfort.

For the reason above, we installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, matched with the Mid Chassis Bar and Rear Lower Bar as shown in the pictures below, to enhance the steering accuracy and stability during cornering without making the chassis too rigid.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the area where the front upper suspensions are mounted to the chassis, so the chassis can take up more load without flexing too much.

The below picture shows where the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar and Rear Lower Bar is installed on the Toyota Harrier XU60's undercarriage. Both the bars are designed to strengthen the chassis where the front and rear sub-frame is mounted respectively.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is mounted across front sub-frame towards the middle part of the Toyota Harrier XU60's chassis as shown in the picture below, to minimize mid chassis flex which will help in maintaining stability when exiting corners.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to install to the area where the two rear lower suspension arms are mounted to the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen the rear sub-frame and to minimize rear lower chassis from flexing too much, hence a more controlled cornering. 

All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only stylish, they are very durable too!
