The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, this technique can ensure a more precise fitment and be able to hold stronger load, all these are contributed to a better road holding and improve maneuverability of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30).

<FRONT UNDER BRACE>
The front upper chassis of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar shown above, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is complementing to the Front Strut Bar above but reinforcing the front lower part of the chassis.

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the front overhanging chassis as well as the front lower sub-frame of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30), to minimize front chassis flex for a more controlled and precise maneuvering.

The rear undercarriage is strengthen and reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar (4-point) and Rear Under Bar for a more stabled and controlled cornering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar (4-point) strengthens the front part of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30)'s rear sub-frame (shown in the the picture below) for lesser chassis flex while cornering, hence a more controlled and stabled rear end.

Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) Undercarriage Strengthening Solutions

Here at the Chassis Enhancement Division of SUPERCIRCUIT, we have developed a complete set of chassis strengthening bars and braces for the undercarriage of the 3rd generation Toyota Alphard 2.5 / Vellfire 2.5 (ANH30), to further enhance and improve the steering and maneuvering of this luxury MPV, namely the FRONT UNDER BRACE (4-point), REAR LOWER BAR (2-point), REAR LOWER BAR (4-point) & REAR UNDER BAR (2-point).

First of all, we installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace to strengthen the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) front under chassis.  

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the whole front over-hanging and all the way to the front lower sub-frame, to minimize the front lower chassis flex for a more controlled and accurate steering direction.

The above Front Under Brace is best matched with the SUPERCIRCUIT Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) Front Strut Bar for optimum steering control and accurate maneuvering.

For the rear section of the Toyota Vellfire (ANH30) chassis, we have the Rear Lower Bar (2-point), Rear Lower Brace (4-point) holding the front part of the rear sub-frame, and the Rear Under Bar (2-point) reinforcing the rear part. So the rear chassis is fully strengthened as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Lower Brace covers the the front part of the rear sub-frame while the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar strengthen the rear part of the rear axle. So the rear lower chassis of the Toyota Vellfire is fully strengthened and reinforced for lesser rear chassis flex, a better controlled and lesser body roll during cornering.
