Subaru Forester (SK) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The 5th generation Subaru Forester (SK, 2019~2024) is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Solutions.


We have supplied and installed the premium SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace, Rear Lower Side Bars & Rear Under Bar to the undercarriage. Each of the item comes with its purpose and function, to cater for various road conditions and driving situations.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is installed to the front lower chassis of the 5th generation Subaru Forester (SK) as shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the 5th generation Subaru Forester front lower chassis, where it is subjected to load from both the front crossmember and front suspension system, as well as the weight of the engine, to minimize front lower chassis flex. Hence, a more stable and controlled maneuvering for better handling & steering!

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>
SUPERCIRCUIT Subaru Forester (SK) mid chassis brace is designed to reduce centre chassis flex and allow a more precised steering response and feedback, when the vehicle is negotiating multiple corners at the same time e.g. Moose Test.

<REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars are designed to mounted between the rear lower control arms and rear lateral arms (as shown in the picture below), where both the rear suspension arms are mounted to the rear sub-frame.


To minimize excessive movement during load transfer e.g. during cornering, over taking or travelling on uneven surfaces, for a more controlled and stable maneuvering.

SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar further strengthens the rear lower chassis of the Subaru Forester (SK), while the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars are at the front of the rear sub-frame, this Rear Under Bar is designed to install at the rear of the sub-frame as shown in the picture below. So both of them helps to maintain the rigidity of the rear lower chassis for less chassis flex, hence a more stable and controlled maneuvering around corners or during overtaking.

Perodua Alza Mk2 (W150) Undercarriage Strengthening

Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Division, we have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the rigidity of the chassis for the 2nd generation Perodua Alza (W150), for better handling and maneuvering.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front section of the Perodua Alza Mk2 front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is installed at the front ends of the overhanging on the Perodua Alza Mk2's undercarriage with the original bolts as shown below.

The lower front to mid chassis of the Perodua Alza Mk2 is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace & Side Chassis Braces as shown in the picture below. Each and everyone of them have their role and function respectively to bring the car a more controlled and better maneuvering under various road conditions and driving situations.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforces the where the front sub frame of the Perodua Alza Mk2 is mounted to the vehicle body, to maintain the front suspension in position for a more accurate steering, maneuvering and be able to maintain driving line during high speed cornering, for a safer drive.


The 4-point architecture of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace further strengthen in diagonal direction, then mounted to the front chassis with the long and robust original chassis bolts, it effectively minimize front chassis flex during cornering or high speed maneuvering.

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforces and strengthen the front undercarriage, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to strengthen the middle section of the Perodua Alza Mk2, to minimize mid chassis flex for a even more agile maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to strengthen the centre section of the middle chassis of the Perodua Alza Mk2. The mounting points are carefully selected so it works effectively in holding the rigidity of the mid chassis.

<SIDE CHASSIS BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Side Chassis Braces (comes in pair) are designed to install at the two sides of the middle chassis, to strengthen and improve the chassis longitudinal rigidity.

While the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace mentioned above strengthens the centre section of the mid chassis, the SUPERCIRCUIT Side Chassis Braces strengthens the sides.

<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BAR reinforces the area where the rear trailing arms of the Perodua Alza Mk2 are mounted to the vehicle body as shown in the picture below.

When the Perodua Alza Mk2 rear lower chassis is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar, rear chassis flex will be minimized hence lesser 'fish-tailing' effect especially exiting sharp or high speed corners.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Perodua Alza Mk2, as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the rear axle.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect for a more controlled and stabled cornering action!

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar are mounted at the bottom part of the rear spring seats, these brackets are made from thick steel material and laser cut then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!



The SUPERCIRCUIT Perodua Alza Mk2 rear anti-roll bar is made with solid 19mm spring steel material, it is robust and durable. The spring effect of the material provides excellent anti-roll effect and helps to bring the car back to level after exiting corners in lesser time.

Mini Cooper S (R56) Front Strut Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar shown below is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the 2007-2013 Mini Cooper S (R56), to maintain the front chassis geometry and minimize chassis flex for a more controlled steering and precise maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to installed at the top mount areas where the front suspension is mounted to the Mini Cooper S (R56) front upper chassis, as shown in the picture below, to allow this part of the chassis to take up heavier load and still be able to maintaining the monocoque chassis integrity for responsive steering and accurate maneuvering.
