Nissan Serena C27 Chassis Strengthening

We have supplied and installed yet another Nissan Serena S-hybrid (C27) with SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengtheing Bars and Braces at our installation bays, to improve the maneuvering and handling of the MPV.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Nissan Serena S-hybrid (C27), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.


To install the SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar to the vehicle, the wipers and the plastic covers at the windscreen has to be removed first. Everything will be installed back in original positions after the front strut bar installation, no cut or mod is required during the process.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE & MID CHASSIS BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace and Mid Chassis Brace reinforces the front and middle section of the Nissan Serena C27's chassis for lesser flex.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace shown in the picture below reinforces the front lower chassis for less flex and holds the front wheels alignment in geometry for a more responsive steering and accurate maneuvering.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The 19mm SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar made for the Nissan Serena S-Hybrid (C27) is designed to mount transversely across the rear solid axle as shown in the pictures below.

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is desinged to strengthen and reinforce the rear lower part of the Mini Cooper S (F56)'s chassis. It is installed at between the two rear lower suspension arms as shown in the pictures below, to maintain the geometry of the rear lower chassis as well as to minimize the laterial movement caused by the rear lower suspension arms under various loading conditions e.g. during high speed or sharp cornering.

Nissan Almera (N17) Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar made for Nissan Almera (N17; 2011-2019) is designed to minimize rear vehicle body roll, for a more agile and responsive maneuvering especially around the corners!


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely across the rear torsion beam solid axle of the Nissan Almera (N17), as shown in the picture below, to improve the rigidity and torsional strength of the axle.


The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut, then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust!

Mazda MX-5 (ND) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have developed a set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to improve the rigidity of the chassis for the 4th generation Mazda MX-5 (ND), for better handling and maneuvering. They are the Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Side Braces, Rear Under Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar.


<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front part of the Mazda MX-5 (ND) front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.


<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point design of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace ensures torsional rigidity and hold the Mazda MX-5 (ND)'s front wheels alignment in position, hence a more accurate and accurate steering direction.


<REAR LOWER SIDE BRACES>
The rear lower side section of the chassis is strengthened with a pair of SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Braces as shown in the picture below. They reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame as well as the side of the MX-5 (ND)'s rear chassis, significantly minimizing rear chassis flex for a more stabled and controlled cornering.


<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar with 4-point tightening locations strengthens the rear axle of the Mazda MX-5 (ND), to minimize rear chassis flex of this RWD chassis and allow the rear suspensions as well as the rear tyres to grip better during cornering!


<REAR UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar is designed to install at the very end of the Mazda MX-5 (ND)'s chassis as shown in the picture below, so both the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar and Rear Under Brace strengthen the rear undercarriage for are more controlled and stable cornering.


<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The function of the SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is designed to replace the original Mazda MX-5 (ND)'s rear anti-roll bar for better resistance to vehicle body roll during cornering.

It is made with 19mm spring steel material for excellent anti-roll effect and helps to quickly bring the car back to level after exiting corners.

Proton X50 Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is installed to the Proton X50's engine bay, to strengthen the front upper chassis.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Proton X50, to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.


Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is simply stylish and professional at the engine bay!!



While the upper chassis of the Proton X50 is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar above, the undercarriage is reinforced and strengthened with the bars and braces shown in the picture below.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars & Braces installed to the Proton X50 are Front Under Bar, Front Lower Brace, Rear Lower Bar & Rear Anti-roll Bar.

Firstly, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar below is installed to strengthen the forward part of the front sub-frame of the Proton X50 as shown in the picture below, to minimize the front over-hanging from flexing too much, hence a more accurate steering and maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace below is designed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame and hold the front wheels alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering. Often installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to obtain optimum front chassis strength and minimize front chassis flex.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar below is designed to strengthen the area where the rear axle of the Proton X50 is mounted to the chassis, allowing the rear chassis to withstand more loads during cornering without flexing too much. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar below is designed to minimize the body roll effect of the Proton X50 during cornering, to maintain level for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.
