SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Division has developed a set of chassis strengthening product for the 4th generation 2019+ Mazda3 (BP) Hatchback, to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle to cater for various kind of driving situations and road conditions. <FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to mount across the engine bay of the Mazda3 (BP), reinforcing the front upper chassis shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar reinforces the areas where the two front suspension tops are mounted to the front chassis of the Mazda3 (BP), to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex for a more accurate steering and precised maneuvering.

Designed and engineered with great details, the brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and machine v-bent to shape for structural integrity and accurate fitment.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is not just strengthening the front upper chassis of the Mazda3 (BP), it is finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, which gives a stylish and elegant look at the Skyactiv-G engine bay too!

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to strengthen the front upper chassis, the undercarriage of the Mazda3 (BP) Liftback is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace, Mid Chassis Brace and Rear Under Bar as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

While the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthens the Mazda3 (BP) Liftback's front upper chassis and hold the upper part of the front suspensions, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforce the front lower chassis, for lesser front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment in geometry for a sharper steering and accurate maneuvering.

By strengthening these areas of the vehicle's front lower chassis, the front wheels alignment can be held better in place for a more responsive and accurate steering at high speed cornering or dodging obstacle for a safer driving.

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to strengthen the middle section of the Mazda3 (BP) Liftback's chassis for better torsional rigidity.

When the flex at the middle section of the vehicle chassis is minimized, it improves the handling of the vehicle especially during multiple maneuvering at the same time e.g. while negotiating multiple sharp corners or during 'moose test'.

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR is designed to install across the engine bay of the Honda Civic (FE), to strengthen the areas where the top of the front suspensions are mounted to the chassis, to maintain the geometry of the chassis from over flexing and to hold the front wheels' alignment in place.

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the front overhanging chassis as well as the front lower sub-frame of the Honda Civic (FE), to minimize front chassis flex hence holding the front wheels' alignment in position for a more controlled and precise maneuvering.

The function of the SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is designed to replace the original rear anti-roll bar on the Honda Civic (FE) for better resistance to vehicle body roll during cornering.

It is made with 19mm spring steel material for excellent anti-roll effect and helps to quickly bring the car back to level after exiting corners. Also due to such spring effect, this anti-roll bar is comfortable, not too hard and not bumpy to the rear passengers.

One of the important aspects on the anti-roll bar is the rubber bushes. We utilized OEM grade rubber bush on the SUPERCIRCUIT anti-roll bar for durability and long lasting performance!

It is designed for a direct swap with the original Honda Civic (FE) rear anti-roll bar and is fully compatible with the original 'end-links' as shown in the picture below, no further modification is required during the whole installation process.

Toyota Alphard/ Vellfire AH30 Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar featured below is designed to minimize vechicle body roll of the 3rd gen Toyota Alphard (AH30) and its twin model, Toyota Vellfire (AH30).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts of the Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (AH30).

During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

The SUPERCIRCUIT Anti-roll Bar is designed to upgrade from the existing original Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (AH30)'s original rear anti-roll bar for a controlled and stabled cornering.

The ends of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar are formed by heat forging, to ensure structural integrity and robustness, it is fastened to the original 'end-links' as shown in the pictures.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar designed for the Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (AH30) is made with 24mm spring steel material for excellent anti-roll effect and helps to quickly bring the car back to level after exiting corners. Also due to the special characteristic of the material used, this anti-roll bar is comfortable, not too hard and not bumpy to the rear passengers!

We utilized the car manufacturer's grade rubber bushes and it is compatible with the original bush brackets for durability and ease of replacement in the case if it needs to be replaced. Here is the video how the rubber bush is installed to the original Toyota Alphard/Vellfire (AH30) bracket:

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to the 8th generation (2008-2012; CP1) Honda Accord 2.0 shown below, to strengthen the front upper chassis of the vehicle.

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Honda Accord (CP1) as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame as well as the side of the rear chassis as shown in the pictures below, to minimize rear chassis flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars is desinged to mount at lower arms of the rear suspension where they are connected to the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen this part of the rear chassis for lesser flex especially when the left and right rear wheels are not at level i.e. during cornering; hence a more controlled and stabled cornering can be achieved.
