Honda Civic FE Chassis Strengthening

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bar Division has developed a complete set of chassis bars and braces to improve the driving experience and handling of the 11th generation Honda Civic (FE) as shown in the pictures below.

Each chassis bar has its function and strength that suits to either Daily driving, Dynamic driving or just for a Safer maneuvering.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Honda Civic FE as shown in the picture below.

By strengthening the areas where the front suspensions' top are mounted, it strengthens these parts of the chassis from over flexing and to hold the front alignment in place, therefore improves the steering sharpness and accuracy of the Honda Civic FE.

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, this technique can ensure accurate fitment and structural integrity. All these factores are contributed to a better road holding and improve maneuverability of the Honda Civic FE!

We installed the above FRONT STRUT BAR to strengthen the front upper chassis, the undercarriage of the Honda Civic FE is then reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT UNDER BRACE, MID CHASSIS BRACE, REAR LOWER SIDE BARS, REAR UNDER BAR and REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR as shown in the picture below.

<FRONT UNDER BRACE>

SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the front overhanging chassis as well as the front lower sub-frame of the Honda Civic FE, to minimize front chassis flex and hold the front wheels alignment for an even more controlled and precise maneuvering.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is developed to strengthen the middle part of the vehicle chassis, to minimize mid chassis flex to improve mid chassis stiffness for a more agile and responsive maneuvering, especially during multiple-action maneuverings e.g. moose test.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is designed to mount at the middle section of the Honda Civic FE's undercarriage, to further strengthen and reinforce the middle section of the chassis for a more balanced weight transfer during turning, cornering and braking.

Finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating, the SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is simply original at the undercarriage of the Honda Civic FE.

While the above SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, Front Under Brace and Mid Chassis Brace improves the steering agility and responses of the Honda Civic FE, the rear chassis is equally important! We have developed the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars [PAIR] and Rear Under Bar as shown in the pictures below to strengthen the rear lower chassis of the vehicle to improve the cornering performance of the vehicle.

<REAR LOWER SIDE BARS>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame as well as the side of the rear chassis as shown in the pictures below, to minimize rear chassis flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars is desinged to mount at lower arms of the rear suspension where they are connected to the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen this part of the rear chassis for lesser flex especially when the left and right rear wheels are not at level i.e. during cornering; hence a more controlled and stabled cornering can be achieved.

<REAR UNDER BAR>

While the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Side Bars above strengthen the front section at the rear sub-frame of the Honda Civic FE, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Under Bar shown in the picture below strengthens the rear part of the sub-frame.

This rear lower bar is installed at the mounting points where the rear sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Honda Civic FE as shown in the picture below, to strengthen the rear lower chassis for lesser flex, hence further improve the stability and controllability of the vehicle during cornering!
