Honda HR-V (RV) Chassis Strengthening Solutions

The 2022 All-new Honda HR-V (model code: RV) e:HEV RS is at our installation bays for the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening bars and braces. We have developed a set of bars and braces to strengthen the undercarriage for better handling and maneuveirng.

The front undercarriage of the new generation Honda HR-V (RV) is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar and Front Lower Brace as shown in the picture below.

Both the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar and Front Lower Brace strengthens the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are mounted to the front lower sub-frame, preventing it from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more accurate steering and responsive maneuvering, better road feedback can be achieved.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is mounted at the front part of the Honda HR-V (RV) front sub-frame, to reinforce the front sub-frame and the front lower chassis from being flexing too much, especially when the two front wheels are not at the same level i.e. high speed cornering, traveling on uneven surfaces etc.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>

The SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT LOWER BRACE reinforces the rear part of the front sub-frame on the Honda HR-V (RV), to minimize front lower chassis flex, hence the front suspension can maintain its geometry for a more accurate steering, precise maneuvering and be able to maintain driving line during high speed cornering, for a safer drive.

<MID CHASSIS BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is developed to strengthen the middle part of the Honda HR-V (RV)'s chassis as shown in the picture here.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is installed to minimize mid chassis flex for better maneuvering and a more stable handling especially negotiating multiple consecutive corners.

While the front chassis is strengthened for accurate maneuvering and responsive steering control, the rear chassis is always related to the performance during cornering, therefore the SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BAR and REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR is installed to the Honda HR-V (RV) as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT REAR LOWER BAR reinforce the front part of the rear sub-frame, to minimize rear chassis flex of the Honda HR-V (RV).

By strengthening this part of the vehicle rear chassis to minimize chassis flex and to improve the cornering performance of the vehicle for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>

The 19mm SUPERCIRCUIT REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR made for the Honda HR-V (RV) is designed to mount transversely across the rear torsion-beam solid axle as shown in the picture here.
