Here at the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Bars Department, we have developed a complete set, and possibly the most comprehensive set, of chassis strengthening and handling enhancement items for the Toyota Harrier XU60.
They are the FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT UNDER BRACE, FRONT LOWER BRACE, MID CHASSIS BAR, REAR LOWER BAR and REAR LOWER WISHBONE REINFORCEMENT BARS. Each and every one of them has its own function and purpose respectively, to meet your driving style and road conditions.
<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The Front Strut Bar strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.
<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The Front Strut Bar strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60, to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.
<FRONT UNDER BRACE & FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to mount at the over hang of the Toyota Harrier XU60's front chassis, under the engine to be exact, to minimize the flex of the very front part of the chassis, which is subject not only to the weight of the engine, also from the road surface while travelling on uneven surfaces.
These two braces work together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, to strengthen the front chassis and hold the front wheels alignment in place for accurate steering and precise maneuvering.
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Brace is designed to strengthen the very front part of the chassis, the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace reinforces the rear section of the front lower sub-frame for a stronger and firmer front chassis of the Toyota Harrier XU60.
While the front chassis is strengthened for accurate steering and precise maneuvering, strengthening the middle part and the rear part of the chassis is essential for maintaining vehicle stability during cornering. Therefore we developed the MID CHASSIS BAR, REAR LOWER BAR and REAR LOWER WISHBONE REINFORCEMENT BARS for the purpose.
<MID CHASSIS BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Bar is mounted across front sub-frame towards the middle part of the Toyota Harrier XU60's chassis as shown in the picture below, to minimize mid chassis flex which will help in maintaining stability when exiting corners.
<REAR LOWER BAR & REAR LOWER WISHBONE REINFORCEMENT BARS>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to install to the area where the two rear lower suspension arms are mounted to the rear sub-frame as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen the rear sub-frame and to minimize rear lower chassis from flexing too much, hence a more controlled cornering.
As the name suggested, the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Wishbone Reinforcement Bars strengthen the areas where the rear lower wishbones, as well as the rear lower control arms, are mounted to the rear chassis of the Toyota Harrier.
All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering inputs to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which are not only stylish, they are very durable too!
