Proton X50 Complete Chassis Strengthening

SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars Division has developed a very comprehensive chassis strengthening bars & braces for the Proton X50, to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle.

Each of the SUPERCIRCUIT Chassis Strengthening Bars and Braces has its function and role respectively, to cater for various kind of driving situations and road conditions.


<FRONT STRUT BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the Proton X50, to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.



The brackets which are mounted at the top of the front suspension strut are laser cut to shape and manufactured with great details to ensure the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is structural robust to hold the front upper chassis of the Proton X50 in place, hence better handling and maneuvering.


The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is designed to conceal under the Proton X50's front windscreen plastic cover, for a neat and tidy engine bay.


SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar finished in our signature MATTE BLACK industrial grade heavy duty coating is simply original and professional at the Proton X50's engine bay.


While the upper chassis of the Proton X50 is strengthened by the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar above, the undercarriage is reinforced and strengthened with the below bars and braces.

<FRONT UNDER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to install and strengthen the forward part of the front sub-frame of the Proton X50 as shown in the pictures below, to minimize the front over-hanging from flexing too much, hence a more accurate steering and maneuvering.



The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Under Bar is designed to mount with the factory stock original bolts on the forward part of the front sub-frame as shown in the picture below, to reinforce transversely across the front lower chassis.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower sub-frame and hold the front wheels alignment in place for a more accurate and responsive steering.

Often installed with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar to obtain optimum front chassis strength and minimize front chassis flex.

<MID CHASSIS BRACE>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace is developed to strengthen the middle part of the Proton X50's chassis, for a more agile and responsive chassis especially with multiple maneuvering or obstacle avoidance.


This 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Mid Chassis Brace replaces the two factory stock mid chassis bars for stronger torsional rigidity. All mounting points and bolts are original, no mod or drill is required during the installation.

<REAR LOWER BAR>
The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is designed to strengthen the area where the rear axle of the Proton X50 is mounted to the chassis, allowing the rear chassis to withstand more loads during cornering without flexing too much. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fish-tailing effect when driving out of corners or during dodging obstacles.

<REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR>
The Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to minimize vehicle body roll during cornering, to maintain level for a more stable and controlled maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to install across the rear torsion beam as shown in the pictures below.



The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar which are mounted at where the bottom part of the rear springs sit, are made from thick steel material and laser cut, then machine v-bent to shape. It is structural strong and robust.


SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar developed for the Proton X50 is made of 19mm 'spring steel material' for excellent in maintaining vehicle chassis leveling during cornering and improve chassis recovery time after a sudden maneuvering or obstacle avoidance.


All the above are designed and manufactured with great engineering input to ensure effectiveness and structural integrity. They are coated in industrial grade MATTE BLACK finishing which is scratch resistance and durable.
