Volkswagen Golf Mk7 1.4TSI Chassis Strengthening Solutions

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT chassis strengthening bars to the VW Golf Mk7 1.4TSI shown below, to strengthen the chassis for improved handling and maneuvering.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar strengthen the front upper chassis of the VW Golf7 1.4TSI, to minimize front upper chassis flex and hold the front suspensions in position for a more accurate steering and turning direction.

To install the SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar to the vehicle, the wipers and the plastic covers at the windscreen has to be removed as shown in the picture below.

The SUPERCIRCUIT front strut bar is designed to reinforce at the area where the two front suspension top are mounted to the front chassis of the VW Golf7 1.4TSI, to strengthen the front upper chassis and to minimize front chassis flex.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is designed to strengthen the front lower chassis of the VW Golf7 1.4TSI.

Often installed together with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar above, to hold the front and lower chassis in position at the same time; for a more accurate front wheels alignment, hence sharper steering and a more accurate maneuvering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace in our signature MATTE BLACK heavy duty industrial grade coating is durable and original at the undercarriage of the VW Golf7 1.4TSI for a very professional appearance!

While the front chassis is strengthened for accurate and sharper steering, the rear chassis is crucial for cornering and maneuvering. Therefore, the below SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar (middle) and Rear Lower Side Bars are developed for the VW Golf7 1.4TSI.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar reinforces and strengthens the centre area of the rear sub-frame as shown in the below pictures, to allow the rear chassis to take up more load from the transverse dirction without flexing too much, hence a more stabled and controlled rear chassis.
