Proton SAGA VVT (BT3) Rear Lower Brace

The below SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is developed to strengthen and minimize rear chassis flex of the 2016-present 3rd generation Proton SAGA VVT (BT3), to improve the handling and maneuvering of the vehicle!

The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace is designed to mount at the rear section of the Proton SAGA VVT (BT3)'s ndercarriage as shown in the pictures below, to strengthen the rear lower chassis for a more controlled and stabled cornering.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace also extended to the mid section of the underarriage, so both the mid and rear lower chassis of the Proton SAGA VVT (BT3)is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace.

For better torsional rigidity, the front two mounting points of the Rear Lower Brace strengthen the middle section of the chassis. It is installed to the existing points with the provided bolts & nuts as shown below.

The rear two mounting points of the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Brace strenghten the outer part of the rear chassis. It is designed to mount onto the existing points on the Proton SAGA VVT (BT3)'s undercarraige, no drilling or mod is required during the installation.

Honda CR-Z Rear Anti-roll Bar

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is designed to minimize vehicle body roll during cornering and maneuvering.

Featured here is the SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar designed and installed to the 5th generation Honda CR-Z (ZF).

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Anti-roll Bar is installed to the rear solid axle of the Honda CR-Z (ZF), to stiffen the rear suspension so that it is prone to resist vehicle body roll during cornering. It is mounted transversely and interconnects the lower suspension mounts. During cornering, as the outer suspension moves upwards and the inner suspension move downwards, the anti-roll bar comes into action in resisting the body rolling effect!

The 'sprint effect' of the SUPERCIRCUIT anti-roll bar helps to return the vehicle body to level quickly after exiting corners, hence a more confident and controlled driving.

Toyota Vios NCP151 Chassis Strengthening

The SUPERCIRCUIT Bars has developed a complete set of chassis strengthening bars and braces to enhance the driving and maneuvering of the 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP151) which comes with the new 2NR-FE Dual VVT-i engine.

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT FRONT STRUT BAR, FRONT LOWER BRACE to improve the steering response and accuracy at the front, then the REAR LOWER BAR at the rear for a more stable cornering.

<FRONT STRUT BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar is developed to strengthen the front upper chassis of the Toyota Vios NCP151 to hold this part of the chassis for less flex.

The SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar which is finished in our signature industrial grade MATTE BLACK coating is simply stylish and elegant at the engine bays of the 3rd generation Toyota Vios (NCP151) with the 2NR-FE engine as shown in the pictures below. It combines both style and functionality in one!

The brackets of the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar are laser cut and v-bend to shape, this technique can ensure accurate fitment and has stronger structural integrity. All these are contributed to a better road holding and maneuverability.

While the front upper chassis is strengthened with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Strut Bar, the undercarriage of the Toyota Vios (NCP151) is reinforced with the SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace and Rear Lower Bar shown below.

<FRONT LOWER BRACE>
The 4-point SUPERCIRCUIT Front Lower Brace is developed to strengthen the area where the front lower sub-frame is mounted to the chassis of the Toyota Vios (NCP151).

It further strengthens the areas where the lower arms of the front suspension system are bolted to the front sub-frame, to prevent the front sub-frame from being distorted/ flexed during cornering. Hence a more precise turning and maneuvering, better road feedback is achieved.

<REAR LOWER BAR>

The SUPERCIRCUIT Rear Lower Bar is developed to mount at the areas where the trailing arms of the rear suspension are bolted to the rear chassis of the Toyota Vios (NCP151) as shown in the pictures below.

By strengthen these areas of the rear chassis, the movement and flex of the rear chassis as well as the rear solid axle can be minimized. Hence a firmer rear-end and lesser rear-end fishtailing effect when driving out of corners.
